In this episode, we sit down with Lishui Springford — earth scientist turned ecology professor, GNM practitioner since 2002, and host of the Mind Over Symptom podcast. Lishui makes the case that identity conflict sits at the root of all biological conflict — that every symptom, every pattern, every fear traces back to a single fracture: existential isolation, the felt experience of being severed from the source of your own being. We explore how victim-based, deterministic thinking follows us into even the frameworks meant to free us, and why the only question that actually resolves anything is who do I want to be? If you’ve sensed there’s a deeper question beneath every pattern you keep repeating — this one’s for you.(00:00) Existential Isolation(00:34) Opening Conversation(03:06) Meet Lishui Springford(06:10) Learning From Her Son’s Down syndrome(09:40) Discovering Five Laws(12:13) Panic Disorder Breakthrough(17:56) 90s Identity Shift(27:14) Tough Love and Weakness(30:10) Constellations and Gender(37:13) Anti Life Programming(44:49) Self Esteem and ‘Home’(50:26) Water Edema(56:53) Epicrisis Explained(59:57) Brain Cancer Reframed(01:03:58) Diagnostics Fear Loop(01:06:01) Cancer Screening History(01:18:45) Altruism And Devaluation(01:29:57) Identity Conflict Mind Tree(01:35:27) Raising a Child with Down SyndromeGuest Linkshttps://mindtreehealth.co Mind Over Symptom podcastCore GNM CourseConnect with UsStart the Free 7-Day Self-Esteem ResetWatch Our EpisodesJoin our membership Friends of the TruthJoin our free Telegram communityFollow us on Instagram
What if the thing holding you back isn’t a lack of knowledge — but a refusal to act on what you already know? In this episode, we go straight at the endless healing loop — consuming book after book, modality after modality, while your actual life stays frozen in place. We unpack the difference between awareness and conscious choice, why sitting with one deep question can move the needle more than ten bestsellers, and how self-esteem is built not through more learning but through honoring the smallest whisper within and following it into action. If you’ve been waiting until you’re “ready,” this is your invitation to begin.Connect with UsStart the Free 7-Day Self-Esteem ResetTake the Real AF Test NowJoin our free Telegram communityJoin our membership Friends of the TruthAccess all our links
Dr. Richard Massey spent decades inside the medical system — from USAF medic to pharmacy school to anesthesiology — before a personal betrayal by his own education cracked the paradigm wide open. In this deeply moving conversation, Richard introduces us to what he calls family biology: the idea that our nervous systems carry inherited loyalty programs from the womb, designed to absorb our ancestors’ suffering as an act of love — and that what we call illness is often that love story facing backwards. We explore the intelligence of the heart, the trilogy of conception, how birth events silently script our relationship to work and intimacy, and why the body is never broken — only in repair. Richard walks us through real cases where autoimmune conditions, atrial fibrillation, and even terminal diagnoses dissolved once the ancestral connection was restored. If you’ve ever sensed that healing goes deeper than the body and further back than your own lifetime, this conversation will show you how deep the roots actually go.Dr. Richard Massey is a former anesthesiologist, pharmacist, and USAF medic who left conventional medicine to pursue integrative and ancestral healing. Based in Austin, Texas, he works with blood and matrix fluid microscopy, heart coherence monitoring, family constellations, and what he calls family biology — a blend of German New Medicine, Recall Healing, and ancestral medicine.(00:00) Episode Teaser(00:30) Opening Conversation(02:15) Episode Start(03:52) License Revoked Turning Point(06:00) The Body is Always Healing(08:35) Nervous System Original Programming(12:32) Reprogramming Methods(16:24) Medical Awakening Story(26:18) Birth Imprints and Labor(33:15) Conception Trilogy Numbers(45:04) Ancestral Heart Intelligence(55:26) Five Levels of Healing(01:02:35) Rebirthing and Mirror Imprint(01:05:53) Autoimmune as Inner Conflict(01:08:36) Recall Healing Breakthrough(01:15:49) Great Dane Experiment - Territory and Heart Attacks(01:27:58) Repair Phase Survival Tools(01:32:52) Blood Patterns and Heart PracticeGuest Linkshttps://www.instagram.com/docmassey1949/Connect with UsStart the free 7-Day Self-Esteem ResetJoin our free Telegram communityJoin our membership Friends of the TruthAccess all our links
In this grounded and deeply informed conversation, Will traces the history of the somatic field — from Thomas Hanna’s coining of the term through the human potential movement at Esalen to Peter Levine’s groundbreaking work in stress physiology — and makes a compelling case for why the body is not a machine to be programmed, but a living process to be inhabited. We explore why catharsis without capacity is dangerous, why the coaching industry is operating with an incomplete map, and why the fawn response makes “only go as far as your body says” almost useless in group settings. Will also shares his own journey — from surviving group home trauma as a teenager to declaring a mission to end trauma at a species level. If you’ve ever sensed that the healing world is missing something fundamental, this conversation will show you what it is.Will Rezin is a Somatic Experiencing practitioner and the founder of Trauma and Somatics, a global training organization that has trained over 500 practitioners across 28 countries in the art and science of trauma recovery.Time Stamps(00:00) Plant Medicine Reality Check(00:44) DNA Surprise(03:14) Meet Will Rezin(09:06) Will’s Origin Story(11:53) Trauma and Mythic Meaning(25:04) What Somatics Really Means(34:42) We Are Bodied(41:21) The Great Paradox(50:46) Psycho Cybernetics and Belief(59:51) Somatic Rigidity and Aging(01:02:50) Stress Capacity and Vitality(01:09:14) Trauma Informed Facilitation(01:13:09) Coaching Industry Gaps(01:19:35) Resilience Over Protection(01:33:18) Knowledge Versus Embodiment(01:39:21) Mission to End TraumaGuest Linkshttps://www.traumaandsomatics.com/https://www.instagram.com/traumaandsomatics/https://www.instagram.com/willrezin/Free meditation and journal from WillConnect with UsTake the Real AF Test NowJoin our free Telegram communityJoin our membership Friends of the TruthAccess all our links
Barlas Günay is a registered psychologist who has spent 13 years guiding thousands through childhood trauma recovery and what he calls self-reparenting — the deliberate practice of giving yourself what your parents couldn't. His thesis is: you cannot heal while still participating in "normal." The processed food, the numbing, the people-pleasing, the job that's slowly killing you — these aren't separate from the psychological suffering, they are the suffering. Real change asks more of you. In this episode we sit down with Kenneth Soares, hypnotherapist, NLP trainer, and advanced EFT practitioner whose guided meditations and affirmations have reached over 100 million plays worldwide. Kenneth shares deep insights into how the subconscious mind shapes our beliefs, behaviors, and identity, and why real transformation requires the courage to face reality rather than avoid it. We explore the pitfalls of spiritual bypassing, the dangers of getting lost in endless “rabbit holes,” and how discernment, self-responsibility, and inner work form the foundation of authentic growth. Kenneth also shares powerful perspectives on parenting in the modern world and how to consciously support the psychological development of our children in an age of constant conditioning.Time Stamps(00:00) Teaser(00:27) Opening Conversation(10:36) Meet Kenneth Soares(12:35) Childhood Criticism and Freedom(14:10) Breakup and Finding Self(17:00) Dissatisfaction and Hypnotherapy Leap(18:41) Fatherhood Promise and First Course(26:07) Subconscious Mind Explained(30:29) Rabbit Holes and Family Balance(43:27) Doom Loop and Perception Filters(48:16) New Age Spirituality Critique(52:11) Intuition vs Avoidance / Self Esteem Needs Reality(01:01:39) Parenting the Subconscious(01:25:11) High Standards High Support(01:30:12) Healthy Conflict Repair(01:39:51) EFT and Self Tools(01:46:19) Master Your Emotions(01:52:53) Hypnotherapy Past Life StoryGuest Linkhttps://kennethsoares.earth/ https://www.instagram.com/kennethsoares.livingfully/ https://www.youtube.com/KennethSoaresUniverse Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links

For over a decade, Jordan Sather has stood at the front lines of the digital information war — building one of the earliest independent platforms decoding Q in real time, getting banned from nearly every major platform during the censorship purge, and continuing to investigate the deeper layers of power, influence, and corruption behind stories like Epstein, intelligence blackmail networks, Pizzagate and the battle between mainstream and alternative media. In this wide-ranging and grounded conversation, Jordan walks us through his personal awakening, the rise (and infiltration) of the Q movement, the truth and distortion surrounding the Epstein files, and the psychological traps that can derail even the most sincere truth-seekers. You will not find blind allegiance or doom-fueled paranoia here — it’s a sober exploration of psyops, influence operations, and the responsibility that comes with knowing. If you care about discernment in a chaotic age, this episode is essential listening.Time Stamps (00:00) Episode Teaser (00:34) Opening Conversation (04:37) Understanding Ibogaine and Its Effects (06:25) The Healing Power of Ibogaine (25:24) The Definition of Self-Love That Was Revealed (33:35) Intergenerational Healing (40:51) Reverence vs. Worship: Understanding the Difference (42:43) Yerasimos’ Ayahuasca Experience (46:27) The Role of the Medicine in Personal Development (52:54) The Supplemental Dose: Processing Emotions and Ancestral Trauma (01:00:30) Integration and the Challenges of Returning to Normal Life (01:03:09) The Relationship Between Self-Betrayal and Self-Love (01:15:20) The Importance of Intent and Reverence in Medicine Work (01:22:28) Surrender and Trust: Lessons from the Divine Realm (01:27:25) Setting Intentions and Personal Reflections (01:30:09) The Impact of Social Media and Technology (01:40:37) Voluntarism and Political Philosophy (01:43:49) Personal Growth and SpiritualityGuest Linkshttps://www.jordansather.com/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
Raised inside the Church of Immortal Consciousness and taken from his mother under the banner of “spiritual purpose,” Danny Rensch grew up in a world where channeling spirits and chasing chess mastery were intertwined. In this gripping conversation, the International Master and co-founder of Chess.com opens up about being groomed for greatness by a chess-obsessed cult leader, the trauma of spiritual manipulation, the collapse of the collective that shaped him, and the long road toward forgiveness and integration. Danny shares how chess became both his escape and his evolution — an unsolvable, unforgiving game that mirrors life itself — and how he helped lead the digital revolution that brought the royal game to over 200 million players worldwide. This is a raw, nuanced exploration of consciousness, power, resilience, and what it really means to reclaim your own narrative.Time Stamps (00:00) Episode Teaser (00:34) Opening Conversation (04:37) Understanding Ibogaine and Its Effects (06:25) The Healing Power of Ibogaine (25:24) The Definition of Self-Love That Was Revealed (33:35) Intergenerational Healing (40:51) Reverence vs. Worship: Understanding the Difference (42:43) Yerasimos’ Ayahuasca Experience (46:27) The Role of the Medicine in Personal Development (52:54) The Supplemental Dose: Processing Emotions and Ancestral Trauma (01:00:30) Integration and the Challenges of Returning to Normal Life (01:03:09) The Relationship Between Self-Betrayal and Self-Love (01:15:20) The Importance of Intent and Reverence in Medicine Work (01:22:28) Surrender and Trust: Lessons from the Divine Realm (01:27:25) Setting Intentions and Personal Reflections (01:30:09) The Impact of Social Media and Technology (01:40:37) Voluntarism and Political Philosophy (01:43:49) Personal Growth and SpiritualityGuest Linkshttps://www.chess.com/ Danny’s incredible memoir “Dark Squares: How Chess Saved My Life”Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
In this return conversation, Mark Gober opens up about one of the most intense and transformative experiences of his life: a guided ibogaine journey that forced him into direct confrontation with the roots of identity, self-judgment, and inherited fear. What unfolds is not psychedelic glamour or mystical escapism, but a brutal, compassionate reckoning with the architecture of the psyche — from parts work and suppressed rage to ancestral trauma and the meaning of real self-love. Mark describes communing with an intelligence that seemed to know him better than he knew himself, dismantling old narratives while demanding embodiment, responsibility, and integration. This is a raw exploration of what happens when insight becomes unavoidable, when healing moves through the body, and when love arrives in the form of truth.Time Stamps (00:00) Episode Teaser (00:34) Opening Conversation (04:37) Understanding Ibogaine and Its Effects (06:25) The Healing Power of Ibogaine (25:24) The Definition of Self-Love That Was Revealed (33:35) Intergenerational Healing (40:51) Reverence vs. Worship: Understanding the Difference (42:43) Yerasimos’ Ayahuasca Experience (46:27) The Role of the Medicine in Personal Development (52:54) The Supplemental Dose: Processing Emotions and Ancestral Trauma (01:00:30) Integration and the Challenges of Returning to Normal Life (01:03:09) The Relationship Between Self-Betrayal and Self-Love (01:15:20) The Importance of Intent and Reverence in Medicine Work (01:22:28) Surrender and Trust: Lessons from the Divine Realm (01:27:25) Setting Intentions and Personal Reflections (01:30:09) The Impact of Social Media and Technology (01:40:37) Voluntarism and Political Philosophy (01:43:49) Personal Growth and SpiritualityGuest Linkshttps://www.markgober.com/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
In this episode, we’re joined by Andrew Genovese, dimensional breathwork guide, inner child + shadow work teacher, and a fierce advocate for inner sovereignty and soul reclamation — for a grounded, no-BS conversation about what spirituality actually is (and what it definitely isn’t). Andrew shares his personal hero’s journey…from years of nomadic travel and existential dread, to a full-blown awakening catalyzed by loss, collapse, and deep surrender. He walks us through the real mechanics of transformation: nervous system capacity, embodiment, and the willingness to face your own darkness instead of hiding behind slogans. We go straight at the modern “spiritual scene” — the robes, the persona, the Love & Light bypassing and why real awakening doesn’t look like anything…except becoming radically, unapologetically yourself. In this Joel + Yerasimos (4-time Backgammon Champion & Alex Honnold expert) duo episode, we go deep into one of the most important questions a human being can ask themselves: what’s the tower I’m here to climb, and why am I avoiding it? From the psychology of fear and the trap of “comfort living,” to the brutal honesty required to build real self-esteem, we explore why most people unknowingly choose a half-lived life…and call it normal. We talk discipline, constraint, mastery, and the unseen cost of never committing fully, because endless options aren’t freedom. Devotion is. If you’ve felt that quiet inner frustration—that sense that you’re meant for more but you’re holding back—this conversation is a wake-up call: choose your tower…and climb it.https://www.confluenceevent.com HFTT10 Discount Code - 10% offConnect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
In this episode, we’re joined by Lucy Biggers, former climate activist and current Head of Social Media at The Free Press, for a rare inside look at how modern activism becomes psychologically binding—and how difficult it is to leave once your identity, career, and sense of belonging are tied to it. Lucy shares her personal journey from producing viral climate content and amplifying activist narratives to questioning the fear-based assumptions beneath them, unpacking the role of groupthink, moral signaling, nervous system regulation, and social punishment in shaping belief. This is a psychological inquiry into how good intentions can harden into ideology—and what it actually takes to reclaim independent thought, inner authority, and the courage to speak against the crowd.(00:00) Teaser(00:34) Opening Conversation(00:55) Introducing Lucy Biggers(05:57) Lucy's Journey in Climate Activism(09:43) Leaving the Climate Movement(12:15) Rebuilding and Speaking Out(18:42) The Role of Mentors and Personal Growth(35:41) Family Dynamics and Political Differences(36:16) Climate Change Narratives and Skepticism(39:11) Debating Climate Change and Energy Policies(45:16) Critique of Green Energy Solutions(52:12) The Role of Media and Public Perception(01:08:01) Questioning the Basis of Fossil Fuels(01:24:22) AI and WritingGuest Linkshttps://www.instagram.com/lucybiggers/ https://x.com/LLBiggers https://www.tiktok.com/@lucybiggers https://www.thefp.com/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
This episode is a deep, grounded exploration of self-governance, natural law, and personal responsibility with Michael Joseph, founding director of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship and a longtime educator on the invisible contracts shaping modern life. Drawing from decades of study and lived experience, Michael breaks down the distinction between lawful authority and corporate control, how consent quietly operates beneath the surface of everyday systems, and why true freedom cannot be reclaimed through anger, rebellion, or ideology—but only through awareness, integrity, and inner coherence. Rather than promoting shortcuts or performative “sovereignty,” this conversation emphasizes emotional maturity, discernment, and self-responsibility as the real foundations of power. If you’ve ever sensed that something about the way society operates feels off—but also felt overwhelmed, confused, or turned off by the noise surrounding these topics—this episode offers a clear, calm, and principled lens for understanding what self-governance actually means, and why the path forward begins within.Time Stamps(00:00) Teaser(00:40) Opening Conversation(04:43) Introducing Michael(05:40) Michael Joseph's Personal Journey(06:38) The System and Self-Governance(14:10) Historical Context and the Republic(24:33) Thoughts on The Founding of America(31:49) Why The West Hates Itself(42:28) The Power of Self-ponsibility and Discernment(53:01) The Power of Creation and Thought(01:00:18) Mission of Sacred Honor Educational Fellowship(01:02:04) Changing Political Status and Its Benefits(01:11:31) Building Wealth in the Private Ledger(01:18:22) Understanding Land PatentsGuest Linkshttps://www.sacredhonoref.com/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
This is a grounded, unflinching conversation that pushes back against the misrepresentations and surface-level critiques that have come to dominate discussions around GNM. Joined by Natasha Nazerali, we explore what German New Medicine actually claims, where it is most commonly misunderstood, and why it provokes such strong emotional and institutional resistance. Rather than positioning GNM as a replacement for conventional medicine, this episode invites a more mature inquiry into nature, meaning, biology, conflict, and coherence—examining the premise that the human organism is not separate from nature, but an expression of its intelligence. From this view, symptoms are not random malfunctions, but intelligible processes arising from the same natural laws that govern all life. This is not an episode for blind belief or ideological camps, but for sincere truth-seekers willing to think clearly, question narratives, and engage with a controversial framework on its own terms.Time Stamps(00:00) Episode Teaser (00:41) Opening Conversation (02:44) Welcome Today’s Guest (05:11) The Popularity & Misunderstandings of German New Medicine (10:25) Biological Laws and Their Significance (15:09) The Role of Microbes and Toxins (15:54) The Fifth Biological Law: Quintessence (17:07) Political Environment and Controversies (19:14) Dr. Hamer's Legacy and Naming Controversy (35:09) Case Studies and Scientific Claims (50:22) Overcoming Initial Client Challenges (52:16) Debating the Validity of German New Medicine (53:57) Experiencing Nature and Biological Connection (56:44) The Role of Toxins and Adaptation (01:04:00) Personal Experiences with GNM (01:21:16) The Sacredness of Biological WisdomGuest Linkshttps://www.natashanazerali.com/ The Bio-Logical Woman Course Previous Episodes with NatashaNew to GNM? As the first episode of a new year, The Inner Revolution is a grounded, and as always, unfiltered conversation between Joel and Yerasimos on what real change actually demands in the times we’re living in. Moving beyond distraction, outrage cycles, and surface-level “truth seeking,” they explore why the next frontier is inward: self-knowledge, coherence, self-esteem, and personal responsibility. From memento mori and attention as currency, to relationships, community, and the courage to stop playing small, this episode is an invitation to slow down, listen to the quiet inner voice, and take ownership of the life you’re creating. Not a manifesto, not a pep talk—but a sober, human reckoning with what it means to live consciously before time runs out.Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
This is a deep, grounded conversation with Bruce McGlenn, founder of Human Nature Hunting, whose life has been shaped by four decades of hunting, ancestral knowledge, and an uncompromising relationship with the land. This episode goes far beyond hunting as a skill or sport and enters the terrain of initiation, masculinity, responsibility, and what it means to participate directly in life and death. Bruce speaks with rare clarity about the psychological and spiritual cost of modern disconnection—from food, from nature, and from our role as participants rather than consumers—and how the hunt restores something ancient and intact within the human nervous system. Drawing from lived experience, not ideology, this conversation explores why so many men feel uninitiated, why comfort has not delivered fulfillment, and how hunting reveals a forgotten way of being human that still lives beneath the surface.Time Stamps(00:00) Ecosystem > Economy(00:35) Opening Conversation(05:56) Introducing Bruce McGlenn(09:01) Bruce's Early Hunting Memories(16:26) The Philosophy of Hunting(20:06) Hunting and Family Bonds(39:20) The Emotional Journey of Hunting(49:47) The Ethical Eating Debate(56:46) Personal Reflections on Meat Consumption(01:01:30) The Future of Hunting and Conservation(01:03:03) Bruce’s First Hunting Experience(01:06:58) Hunting as a Man’s Rite of Passage(01:19:18) Bruce Hunting With His WifeGuest Linkshttps://www.humannaturehunting.com/ https://www.instagram.com/humannaturehunting/ Connect with UsJoin our membership Friends of the TruthRise Above The Herd Take the Real AF Test NowDiscover Your Truth Seeker ArchetypeWatch all our episodesConnect with us on TelegramFollow us on InstagramAccess all our links
In this episode, we sit down with Efrat Fenigson—independent journalist, public speaker, and host of You’re the Voice—for a courageous conversation about sovereignty, power, and the systems that shape human behavior. Drawing from her lived experience growing up in Israel, Efrat speaks openly about identity, collective trauma, propaganda, and the psychological cost of questioning state narratives from within. From there, the conversation quickly widens to examine how control operates at a deeper structural level—through money.
