Description

Each year on Fat Tuesday, New Orleans throws a “Stella and Stanley” party. This annual event honors local boy and world-famous author Tennessee Williams and his masterpiece, A Streetcar Named Desire.

The movie version is notorious for the scene where Stanley, Marlon Brando in a tight white vest, yells “Stella-a-a-a-a-!” up the tenement stairs to his wife. “Stella” might be the most repeated movie line ever and Brando never needed to act again except, he said, for the money. Like a legendary actor, businesses need to cultivate their craft: building an amazing brand, elevating creativity, and growing authentic connections.

At StellaPop, we believe every business has a masterpiece in them.

Send us Fan Mail That quiet moment after a big win when your brain whispers, “You just got lucky” can feel like a private flaw. We argue it’s a common pattern for high achievers and we name it what it is: a self-worth vampire that feeds on self-criticism disguised as standards, productivity, and “humility.” When it runs in the background, it drains momentum and turns leadership into an exhausting fight with your own thoughts. We trace the real-world spiral leaders get stuck in: overthi...
Send us Fan Mail A client rarely fires you with a dramatic email. More often, they just go quiet and that silence is the loudest churn signal you’ll ever get. We dig into a tactical Stellipop framework for balancing aggressive growth with real client retention, so you can land new logos without neglecting the foundation that pays your bills. We start where most teams get it wrong: treating clients like a uniform list instead of unique relationships. Using the “dog noseprint” analogy, we talk...
Send us Fan Mail Your competitor’s flashy AI announcement can trigger an expensive reflex: buy the tool, roll it out, and hope results show up. We take the opposite approach and walk through a practical 2027 AI marketing budget roadmap that treats AI like a set of surgical investments, not a generic spending bucket. Our north star is ruthless clarity: if an AI purchase cannot be tied to a specific business goal, a specific workflow, a named owner, and a clear measurement plan, it does not bel...
Send us Fan Mail Your business can look “busy” and still be stuck. When every day is a scramble of inbox chaos, urgent requests, and last-minute fixes, it’s almost impossible to see what’s truly driving results. We want to change that by showing how a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) creates a reliable operating system for growth, not another meeting that drains your calendar. We walk through a practical way to think about a QBR as a three-month pit stop: you pause, check your direction, revi...
Send us Fan Mail Your stomach drops before the name tag goes on, or before you click “Join Meeting” on yet another virtual mixer. We know that feeling, and we’re done pretending the only way to network is to be loud, fast, and endlessly “on.” We break down a practical guide for networking for introverts and reframe the whole game: real professional networking is relationship building, not working the room. We start with the mindset that makes everything else work: self-efficacy. Networking i...
