As the 2026 season gets underway, Amy and Jacob discuss what's in store for the year, January camp and taste testing a viral Lidl treat.

After a longer than expected break, Amy and Jacob are back on the mic chatting from Lidl-Trek's December training camp in Spain. Featuring guest appearances from new team member Mathias Norsgaard, Mathias Vacek and vogue model Niamh Fisher-Black.

Jacob and Amy look back on a successful Giro d'Italia Women and the very long first week of the Tour de France.

This week we chat with Lidl-Trek Head Sports Director Steven De Jongh to learn how the Tour de France team is selected, as well as his thoughts on Lidl-Trek's chances at the big one. Later, Jacob and Amy taste-test the viral Freeway Cola, jalapeño and pickle juice cocktail, as made famous by Dua Lipa.

This week, Amy and Jacob are joined by journalist extraordinaire Anders Mielke. Expect to hear the latest news from Lidl-Trek's races, an interview role-play, a bachelorette party in Copenhagen, hot tea about Anders' hot dates, and silly stories about the guys losing bets to Mads Pedersen.
