This was a great episode. He is doing a lot of value ad d on the front end, returning investors money in 24-36 months, and keeping 80-90% equity. He pays out a fixed interest rate to investors 30 days after receipt of the funds. Cashes everyone out over He pays back the initial investment and gives the investors a 10-20% on going equity stake.
