Join June Hogan, an ICF accredited coach, outplacement specialist and experienced HR professional, to explore why redundancy matters. June is an experienced coach and has been running her own outplacement services consultancy since 2019 and is here to help HR professionals understand the redundancy process from a procedural and emotional perspective.
Through sharing her own story and experience of redundancy on both sides of the table, as well as inviting guests to share theirs, she’ll be diving into the procedural aspects of redundancy and going deeper to explore the emotional impact.
June wants to help HR professionals and leaders understand why redundancy matters and ensure people are always at the heart of the process.
