I’ve always lived a healthy life, so when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, it was explained to me that my lifestyle choices gave me a strong chance to live with this diagnosis. I was to continue my non-negotiables: plant-based eating, exercising, meditating, reading, connecting with loved ones, and making time for self-care—especially on Monday.
