Could Kash get any worse? Apparently! And we get to see him hit rock bottom here (hopefully)! Between a vet willing to burn his eye surgery money on strippers and blow (literally), Carrie's need to orgasm in order for "everything to be fine, forever", and Kash abandoning the one person in his hero group that wasn't a complete douche, Penny and Greg break down this fun, yet emotional, episode of this fantastically underwatched show. And we got a racist bunny!!!Check out a bunch of our other great podcasts or leave feedback at www.podcastica.com or https://www.facebook.com/podcastica. Learn more about your ad choices. Powered vigilante meetups! Morally ambigious dead country singers! The wonderful discovery of the clitoris! This episode of ExtraOrdinary had it all! Well, perhaps the Kash story line didn't meet our high hopes, but the Margaret Thatcher bit had us rolling and Carrie made us marvel at the ability of a woman to feel herself up like a man would. Join Penny and Greg as we explore this episode of anatomical exploration, politically corrected lyrics, and yes, shame mitts.Check out a bunch of our other great podcasts or leave feedback at www.podcastica.com or https://www.facebook.com/podcastica. The Alabama Solution (2025)

The Alabama Solution (2025)

Reposted from They Did What?!, which you can find now or very soon at: https://podcastica.com/podcast/they-did-what — Kelsey and Gen take on HBO’s The Alabama Solution, a documentary that drags the Alabama prison system out of the shadows and into full, brutal light. Through hidden cell-phone footage, inmate testimonies, and interviews captured at enormous personal risk, the film exposes violence, corruption, and conditions that defy any notion of rehabilitation. They break down the men who spoke up, the failures of the system around them, and the human cost the state would rather you never see, but it’s impossible to unsee once you have. Reposted from Wax Episodic, which you can find at: https://podcastica.com/podcast/wax-episodic — Fantastic episode this week. As IT stokes fear that drives friends and family apart, a few pockets of warmth, love, and connection bloom, and the show weaves it all together in a beautiful (and unsettling) way.  Next up on IT: Welcome to Derry: S1E7 “The Black Spot”. Or join our Discord where you can leave comments and chat with hosts and other listeners: https://discord.gg/6WUMt3m3qe  Or check out our Podcastica Facebook group, where we put up comment posts for each episode, at facebook.com/groups/podcastica. Other Wax Episodic shows: We cover these other intelligent, engaging, oftentimes delightfully twisted shows: Pluribus (Apple TV): Everyone is transformed into a pleasant hive mind — except for Carol (Rhea Seehorn), the most miserable woman on the planet, who must save the world from happiness. It’s sounds weird, and it is… in the best way. Showrun by the great Vince Gilligan, of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Podcast hosted by Jason and Karen! Fallout (Amazon): A crazy retro-futuristic post-apocalyptic melange of wholesomeness and depravity. One of the best looking shows on TV, funny as hell, violent AF (but in a cartoony way), and with a great cast, including Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets) and Walton Goggins (The White Lotus, The Righteous Gemstones). Not to be missed! Hosted by Jason, Kara, and Kasi. Alien: Earth (FX): From the brilliant Noah Hawley (Fargo, Legion), this one really scratches that sci-fi itch. A greedy corporate tech overlord transfers the consciousness of a group of terminally ill children into highly performant synth bodies. And the Xenomorph is in it, too. Also, Tim Olyphant! Reposted from Sandman 'Cast, which you can find at https://podcastica.com/podcast/sandman-cast — Hey listeners! Jayme and Mark are back with the extra episode of the show for Sandman Season 2 entitled “Death: The High Cost of Living”. We had a bit of fun within this episode of the podcast, which is apparently the last we can do for the Sandman ‘Cast at this point. The show was cancelled by Netflix shortly after the episode was released. In this podcast we talk about Death’s day off from being a God. She encounters someone who is having issues. She becomes his guide in life as she lives a life for a day. She gets to be human and be a sympathetic human within it, to someone that needs someone before they die. We had a great time talking about this episode! We hope you all enjoy it. It was fun for us to do this and we hope to eventually come back to do more. Thanks to all that are listening! Reposted from Wax Episodic, which you can find at: https://podcastica.com/podcast/wax-episodic — Answers galore in this thrilling season finale that sets us up for exciting things to come. What more could we ask for, right? PS Am I a monster for laughing at all the CEO’s plans for experimenting on people in the vaults….? Ah well, if so then I’m a monster who wants to thank all you guys for listening along with us this season, and thanks to everyone who wrote or called in. We’ll see you soon for season 2! Next up on Fallout: S2E1, premiering Dec 17!  Fallout season 2 trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECI3eCAxRGw Other Wax Episodic shows: While you’re waiting for season 2, consider checking out these other shows we’ve been covering on Wax Episodic: Pluribus (Apple TV): Everyone is transformed into a pleasant hive mind — except for Carol (Rhea Seehorn), the most miserable woman on the planet, who must save the world from happiness. It’s sounds weird, and it is… in the best way. Showrun by the great Vince Gilligan, of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. Podcast hosted by Jason and Karen! IT: Welcome to Derry (HBO): A fun, scary, and surprisingly great prequel to the 2016 and 2019 IT movies, Pennywise stalks the children of 1962 Derry. A mix of heart, mystery, charm, and some shockingly disturbing Nightmare on Elme Street-esque horror. Agreeded with everyone comments. However, Kristen's comments on the female representation really resonated with me and was dead on. Thanks for presenting that point. The writing certainly fell short this season. The actors did absolutely the best they could.
