There are several inaccuracies in the Rebecca Park episode. Two of the most important ones being, (1) Rebecca was NOT staying at Cortney & Brad’s house before her disappearance. She’d rarely even go there, because she very much disliked Brad and did not get along with Cortney either. She only went there to get the inheritance money, but it turned out, there never was any money. She lived with Rich & his dad. (2) Mr Parks did not find her body. Her biological father, Fabien Strong, & his son did.

referring to defense attorneys , since our law says they have a right to be represented at a trial, if no attorney was willing to represent Murdaugh, he never would have stood trial and been convicted.

Casey Anthony could have agreed to plead to lesser charges but the jury could only find her guilty of what she was charged with - I have always believed that prosecution overcharged her based on actual evidence.
