We live in a miraculous time. Truly. I can find answers about my child's rash in seconds. I can have a chatgpt write shownotes for me based on my podcast episode's transcript. I can learn from experts who live hundreds of thousands miles away from me. But sometimes it is easy to stop hearing the voice that matters most: your own. Tune in to hear about turning off the noise: how to do it and why it matters. Join Grounded Growth
I decided to offer 28 free coaching calls (if you haven't signed up for one yet, you can do that HERE). In this episode I share some of the common themes and approaches I have used in recent coaching calls.
This episode feels so scary to share because it means I have to commit to something I've been feeling for a while now. This week I share why I'm quitting social media, my true thoughts and feelings about the decision, and what I plan to do instead to continue to grow my business. One of my favorite things to do is chat with other moms at the park while our kids are playing. This week's episode is essentially a recording of one of those conversations. I talked with my dear friend Carlie about the book Anxious Generation: the general outline, our overall thoughts, our main takeaways, and how we want to apply it to our lives. In this episode, I’m sharing why “tolerating distress” is the most underrated tool for business growth. I share specific examples of how it shows up everywhere from selling, to parenting, to being willing to fail more than you ever have before.   For the month of February I am offering 28 free coaching calls. I'm joined by Sheridan Ripley for a deeply meaningful conversation about intuition, energy, and trusting the gifts we've been given. We talk about Sheridan's journey from birth work to life coaching and energy work and the unfolding of her ability to facilitate spirit-to-spirit communication with non-speaking autistic children. We explore what it means to allow your work to evolve and how to build a business rooted in service, trust, and partnership with God. If you're drawn to personal growth, intuitive work, entrepreneurship that goes beyond strategy, or the courage it takes to share your gifts with the world, then this conversation is for you. Grounded Growth
Sometimes the strategies that once worked stop resonating. This isn't because they’re wrong, but because you’ve changed. In this episode, I share a framework that’s been giving me language for something I’ve seen for years with my clients: people buy, create, and grow from different levels of energy. We’ll talk about why pain-point marketing can feel misaligned as you evolve and how understanding levels of energy can bring more clarity, compassion, and ease to the way you market and coach. If you’ve felt like you’re outgrowing what the business world (and self-help world) tells you to do, this episode will help you trust that shift instead of fighting it.   Grounded Growth

Many of my clients come into business wanting someone to just tell them exactly what to do (in business, as a mom, and just in life). This episode is for you if you second-guess your ideas, look to others for validation, or feel stuck between wanting guidance and wanting to do things your own way. Join Grounded Growth
In today’s episode, I’m sharing the process I use to turn my dreams into reality. If you’re ready to create your next-level life and business in 2026, you’ll want to listen in. Grounded Growth Grounded Growth Voxer Event
If you’ve ever caught yourself trying to “save” the people around you, this conversation is for you. I'll walk you through how believing in people shows up in 4 areas of my life: believing in my husband and kids, believing in my clients, believing in potential clients, and believing in myself.
I'm 2 weeks postpartum today. Tune in to hear Bridget's birth story and lessons I've been learning from my newborn.
Most of us didn’t start our businesses because we were excited to “sell.” We started them because we wanted to help people. But if no one is buying what you’re offering, that help never reaches the people who need it most. In this episode, I’m sharing a past training from my program The Serenity where I share all about how to sell in a way that actually works without feeling manipulative or gross.
When I think back to the early days of my business, I remember having so much belief in what was possible for me and my business. That vision of what my business would look like "someday" kept me moving when things were hard (and honestly it still does). ButI’ve noticed for myself and for many of my clients that sometimes “someday” becomes a trap. We think we’ll magically wake up confident or selling will suddenly feel easy or our offers will just flow perfectly. The reality is the business you dream about is built by taking uncomfortable action now. In this episode, I share what it looks like to keep believing in the business you’re building and get honest about the actions you need to take today to bring that future closer.
This isn’t the polished rebrand launch I had planned for the new podcast: This is Personal "simple strategies and honest conversations for a business that fits your life." Instead I share openly about my pregnancy, mental health, and the intense emotions I’ve been processing lately. But most of all, I talk about resistance. You know what you want. More clients. More revenue. A sold-out launch. But secretly part of you might not want it. In this episode, I explore the idea of hidden resistance: the subconscious fears that can block us from receiving the very things we’re working toward. I share examples from clients (and my own life), plus a simple question you can ask yourself to uncover what might be keeping you stuck. DM @thealexfales if you're interested in Peak Collective.
Weak decisions drain your energy. Powerful ones lighten your mental load. In this episode, I unpack the difference between the two, why powerful decisions are a hallmark of successful people, and how to start practicing this skill. If you are interested in exploring what it could look like to work together send me a DM on Instagram or you can send me an email and I'd love to chat with you about what that could look like to work together.
I’ve been blessed with the most amazing friendships, and recently I’ve been reflecting on how they came to be. When I dug deeper, I realized there are 9 principles that have shaped these close connections. And, they are the exact same principles that can help you attract more aligned clients in your business.
