Description

Meet with God before you meet your day! Wake Up Loved is a 15–20 minute guided Bible quiet time, thoughtfully designed to help you feel grounded, confident, and tuned into God’s presence and peace.

In our first series, "Abiding: Planted and Thriving in Busy Seasons", we explore how to cultivate closeness and intimacy with God in the midst of your everyday life. Each episode invites you to bring His presence into your daily challenges, finding strength and purpose through guided prayer, scripture readings, and reflection. You’ll also spend a few moments considering how to immediately apply the Word to your day, making Wake Up Loved both a practical and transformative part of your morning routine.

While each episode follows a pre-planned series of passages, the delivery is intentionally unscripted leaving space for authenticity and the Holy Spirit to move freely throughout the episodes. Nowhere is this more evident than in the closing prayers that bring the quiet time full circle in surprising, deeply personal ways and invite God’s peace and clarity into the rest of your day.

Wake Up Loved is a ministry of Home CEO Academy, created to support anyone seeking a quiet time that’s both accessible and transformative. Pair it with the matching planner journals at homeceoacademy.com/quiettime or enjoy it as a standalone encouragement. So glad you're here :)

God meets us in the depths of our struggles, calling us to trust Him even when life feels overwhelming. Purposeful activity can be a lifeline in hard seasons and how David’s memory of worshiping with others anchored him. We can also seek our own special memory to recall during tough times. Trusting God brings peace. I share a personal dream of being held in an ocean of love, a moment that reminded me of His complete trustworthiness. Like no matter how hard you try to carve out rest, someone or something always pulls you back? What if Jesus didn’t just permit rest, but modeled it? What if setting boundaries wasn’t selfish, but necessary? In this eighth episode of Wake Up Loved, we enter a new week in our 30-day abiding journey and begin by exploring one of the most overlooked but life-giving habits modeled by Jesus: rest. If you’ve ever felt pulled in too many directions, constantly needed by others, or unsure how to set boundaries without guilt... this episode is for you. Can you relate to feeling guilty about rest? Have you ever wrestled with the idea that your worth is tied to your availability? You’re not alone. We’ve all been there.
