🎙️ We are just diving straight into the middle of Jeffrey Epstein's interview with Steve Bannon, and asking additional questions based on information we now know.I wonder what Epstein's extreme interest in complexity science really means. It reminds me more of the thousands of pesticides and toxins "they've" put in our environment than anything else. Yet another thing worth looking into in my opinion - why did Epstein invest heavily in research on chaos theory.Epstein and Bannon talk extensively about scientists they knew or studied and why they find them fascinating. Keep in mind when listening to this that Bannon was doing these interviews in an attempt to fix Epstein's image before Epstein was imprisoned again.I looked up all the scientists and quarks and complexity theory and tried to give some background as they talked.I would once again point out that this is what a lot of abusers look like. Highly intelligent, thoughtful even. Well spoken, they have something to teach you. I had to start drinking wine to cope with the fact that I was hearing their voices. Epstein's extreme fascination with mathematics and science, and his stated reason that he bought Zorro Ranch because of proximity to Santa Fe and the defunded atomic bomb scientists is quite possibly the most disconcerting part of all of this.🌟 Topics Covered:– Epstein's explanation of omplexity theory – The scientific effort to model chaotic systems such as financial markets– Epstein's reasons for buying Zorro Ranch– Epstein's frustration with mathematics not being able to explain things like the dark matter of the brain– Epstein and Bannon's long conversation about key scientific figures, both current and historical– The intersection of physics, biology, and complex systems thinking– Epstein and Bannon discuss the philosophical question of what science can and cannot explain and how this philosophical question used to be a mathematical question– The implications of them being mad scientist smart👍 Key takeaway:– Epstein's interest and knowledge of science and math is deeply disturbing, especially how he references that he bought Zorro Ranch for proximity to atomic bomb scientists.Resource List: Steve Bannon Interview with Jeffrey Epstein, which can be found on @YouTubeBooks mentioned:– Origins of Order by Stuart KauffmanOrganizations mentioned by Epstein as the reason he bought Zorro Ranch:– Santa Fe Institute– Los Alamos National LaboratorySponsor information:We are excited to have IT company https://www.mindiii.com as a podcast sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. 🎙️ Welcome to Healthy Happy Wise Wealthy! In this episode, we step into something complex, layered, and admittedly uncomfortable. Today, we are looking at the Steve Bannon interview with Jeffrey Epstein and also reading excerpts of a document called Bloodlines of the Illuminati. I chose this simply because I found it on the CIA.gov website. I had a lot of anxiety making this podcast, but had more stress at the thought of saying nothing. The partial Epstein file release happened in between Season 1 and Season 2 of this podcast. The purpose of Healthy Happy Wise Wealthy in many ways is to figure out what we're "doing wrong" so to speak, so we can course correct and live better lives: lives that are healthier, happier, wiser & wealthier. If we don't take some time look at something this massive, we might as well not be here. That's my opinion. This episode sticks with topics that do not cover crimes committed. Mostly as a way to keep our emotions regulated as we start to think through this.🌟 Topics Covered:Epstein's own words on:The Santa Fe Institute, David Rockefeller and the Rockefeller FoundationThe Trilateral Commission and how he was a part of itHow the Trilateral Commission was founded by David Rockefeller to involve business people in the political process of countries across Asia, Europe and North America - all in Epstein's own wordsEpstein explains fractional reserve banking and how the public and politicians doesn't understand thisHow banks create assets through debt, not dollarsHow political leaders don't understand financesHistory of families of the "illuminati"Key takeaways:The Trilateral Commission is involved in shaping politics across North America, Asia and EuropeFractional reserve banking means banks can loan up to 9x the money the actually haveThe Rothschild, Rockefellers and Trilateral Commission are all also mentioned in the Bloodlines of the Illuminati document Epstein is well spoken, talks about reputation, tells nice stories. As he puts it, "I'm just a good kid".  The main takeaway here is to really feel how a well spoken, calm, intelligent people can still be a vicious predator.Left vs right narratives may oversimplify deeper systems that have hijacked our country.Staying healthy doesn't mean avoiding uncomfortable topics. Some questions I ask:What is the actual reach and function of the Trilateral Commission? Is the Trilateral Commission really "Some spooky thing, the Illuminati" as Epstein said?Is it true that elected world leaders don't understand finance and that this could be a way of controlling outcomes of elections or controlling elected officials? What could be the significance to Epstein of the Santa Fe Institute since he donated extensively to them and also Zorro ranch is only an hour drive away?Could the Bloodlines of the Illuminati document hold actual historical evidence that is relevant today? Resource List:• Steve Bannon interview with Jeffrey Epstein, available on various site on Youtube• Santa Fe Institute www.santafe.edu • Rockefeller Foundation https://www.rockefellerfoundation.org/• Trilateral Commission https://www.trilateral.org/• Fractional Reserve Banking explanations (Federal Reserve resources)• CIA.gov public library archives Bloodlines of the Illuminati, 1995 https://www.cia.gov/library/abbottabad-compound/FC/FC2F5371043C48FDD95AEDE7B8A49624_Springmeier.-.Bloodlines.of.the.Illuminati.R.pdfSeason 2 sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. 🎙️ Welcome to Healthy Happy Wise Wealthy (HHWW)! In this thoughtful and eye-opening episode, host Mary Meyer sits down with divorce mediator Joe Dillon of Equitable Mediation to unpack the differences between mediation and litigation, the financial and emotional burdens of traditional lawyer-led divorce, and how holistic mediation can change the lives of families. Drawing on decades of mediation experience, Joe Dillon shares both personal stories and professional insights, offering listeners practical frameworks and hope for navigating divorce with dignity.🌟 Topics Covered:Joe Dillon’s background and Equitable Mediation’s resource-rich websiteThe myth that mediators have to be lawyersThe real cost of divorce: mediation vs. litigationEmotional pitfalls of divorce and why lawyers aren’t therapistsHow mediation fosters creative solutions for family, finances, and housingUsing scenario planning and “zone of agreement” for lasting outcomesThe rise of cohabitation and nesting arrangements post-divorceProprietary courses and resources for preparing for divorce, finance, and negotiationKey takeaways:Mediation can save you tens (or even hundreds) of thousands of dollars, prevent emotional trauma, and give families more control over outcomes than litigation. The majority of divorce disputes are financial, making Joe Dillon’s finance background a key advantage in settlement and scenario planning.Creative agreements—like cohabitation, nesting, and flexible buyout plans—are possible and often essential, especially in high-cost housing markets.Emotional support and coaching are integral; divorce isn’t just paperwork, it’s an emotional journey that is better navigated with a holistic mediation team.Planning for future “what-ifs” in your divorce agreement saves massive strife down the road—use frameworks and scenario planning to decrease future conflict. Some questions I ask:“I thought you had to be a lawyer to be a mediator. Why is your finance background so valuable in these cases?”“Why does using lawyers often make emotional conflicts—and the bill—worse?”“What are some of the most creative solutions you’ve put together when couples couldn’t do a traditional buyout or sale of their house?”“How do you plan for the unknowns, the ‘what-ifs’ five years down the road, so couples don’t have to keep coming back to court?”“How does your process handle tough emotional stalemates, and when does mediation ever fail?”“Can people outside your six main states work with you or use your resources?”“Tell me about your courses—who are they for and what will they learn?”Learn more about our guest:Website: equitablemediation.comSchedule a free consult (for residents in six states): Via website appointment buttonsCheck out Joe & Cheryl Dillon’s mediation courses: https://www.equitablemediation.com/divorce-courses (Financial Preparation, Negotiation, Emotional Preparation)Read Joe’s blog, including the popular post on cohabitation after divorce: https://www.equitablemediation.com/blog@EquitableMediation on Instagram, Facebook and YouTubeResources list:Equitable Mediation: equitablemediation.comCourses: Divorce Financial Preparation, Divorce Negotiation, and more (link to courses)Blog post: “Can Living Together After Divorce Work?” Read HereMediation/Affordable mediation directories: Search for your state’s mediation association (e.g., New York Council on Divorce Mediators)Divorce mediation info for non-served states: Local court websites, mediation directories, or referrals by contactingJoe Dillon for recommendationsPodcast Sponsor:We are so excited to have IT company https://www.mindiii.com as a Season 2 sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. 🎙️ Welcome to a powerful holiday episode of Healthy Happy Wise Wealthy (HHWW)! Host Mary Meyer is joined by parental alienation coach Charlie McCready live from England to discuss one of the most misunderstood and devastating traumas families can endure. In this heartfelt, informative conversation, Mary Meyer and Charlie McCready shine a spotlight on the hidden struggles of parents and children affected by parental alienation, especially during emotionally charged times like Christmas. Drawing from personal experience and years of coaching, Charlie McCready breaks down the phases and signs of alienation, offers strategies for healing, and provides hope for those facing what feels impossible.🌟 Topics Covered: -What is parental alienation and how does it differ from estrangement? -Pre-alienation: warning signs and subtle behaviors -The emotional impact on parents (grief, isolation, shame, powerlessness, injustice, anxiety, fear, anger, guilt) -Understanding the alienator and children’s coping mechanisms -The psychological dynamics of narcissism and trauma -How to support children and yourself during periods of alienation -Navigating holidays and special occasions while alienated -Why community support is crucial and what "help" actually looks like -Resources and therapeutic methods for recovery -Practical advice for friends, family, and professionals witnessing alienationKey takeaways: -Parental alienation is real, traumatizing, and still widely misunderstood—even by legal and mental health professionals. It’s not just “bad blood after divorce” but a systematic undermining of a parent-child bond. -Acceptance and hope are essential tools for healing: accept your present reality without giving up hope for reconnection. -The emotional toll is profound and cyclical; parents need to prioritize their own healing as much as their desire to “fix” the relationship with their child. -Recognize common traps: over-communication, responding to smear campaigns, and letting anxious thoughts dominate. -The alienator’s behaviors often stem from their own untreated trauma and disorders. Understanding their patterns can help reduce escalation. -Empathetic support from friends and professionals is lifesaving. Your presence and validation matter more than advice. -Reconciliation is often possible, but requires patience, boundaries, and unconditional compassion. Some questions I ask: -“What led you to become a parental alienation coach?”-“Can you describe the phases and signs of pre-alienation?”-“How can parents begin to heal emotionally, even in the worst moments?”-“What are those key triggers that escalate alienator behaviors?”-“How do you help parents differentiate between estrangement and alienation?”-“What practical steps do you recommend during holidays, when pain is most acute?”-“What can family, friends, and community members do to offer meaningful support?”-“Are there resources or therapies that make a real difference for those affected?”Learn more about our guest: -Follow Charlie McCready on social media @CharlieMcCready1 -Website: CharlieMcCready.com-Contact for coaching: CharlieMcCready.com/coaching/Resources list: -Books on narcissism and trauma (specific titles not mentioned, but recommended by Charlie McCready) -Search for information on EMDR therapy and attachment theory for trauma recovery -Parental alienation support communities online-Look up “parental alienation coaching” and “attachment theory therapy” for more guidance-For statistics and deeper research, explore international parental alienation advocacy groups and relevant legal resources (no specific organizations listed in transcript)We are excited to have IT company https://www.mindiii.com as a podcast sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. With insights from Philip’s decades-long holistic health journey, you’ll leave inspired and informed about how structured water, infrared light, and simple daily tools can radically boost your health and happiness.🌟 Topics Covered: -What makes far infrared saunas unique -The science of structured water and frequency-based healing -Infrared saunas and chronic illness (e.g., Lyme disease) -How saunas detoxify and rejuvenate the body and mind -Practical benefits: portability, ease of use, and cost comparison -The relationship between body, mind, and emotions in healing -EMF (electromagnetic field) protection and wellness -The connection between quantum physics and holistic healthKey takeaways: -The Relax Sauna is unique in delivering 100% far infrared light, which directly vibrates water molecules, mobilizes lymphatics, detoxifies deeply, and supports emotional wellbeing. -Far infrared energy is what the human body naturally emits and absorbs; using it in a sauna can profoundly support healing, from physical toxins to emotional release.-The Relax Sauna is portable, fast to set up, and requires very little time to preheat—making it more accessible than most traditional wooden saunas. -Sauna use is backed by science to raise heart rate variability, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and bring the body to a “home” state of deep relaxation and joy.-EMF is an increasing concern, and far infrared energy (delivered correctly) may offer unique protective and rehabilitative effects. -Regular sauna use (daily, if possible) can make measurable improvements in pain, inflammation, mental clarity, mood, and even depression. Some questions I ask: -Why is only the far infrared range chosen for Relax Saunas and what difference does it make?-How do saunas vibrate water molecules, and why is that so vital for healing? -What does the term “structured water” mean and how does it affect our health? -How do emotions and frequency science play a role in physical healing, especially for chronic conditions like Lyme disease? -What makes the Relax Sauna different from other portable or wooden units on the market? -How can far infrared technology help with EMF exposure or damage?Learn more about our guest: -Website: https://relaxsaunas.com-YouTube Channel: Relax Sauna (Search “Relax Testimonials” for hundreds of real stories) -Special HHWW discount: Use code HHWW for $100 off at checkoutResources List: -Book: Detoxify or Die by Dr. Sherry Rogers (Amazon, or check local/independent booksellers) -Book: The Fourth Phase of Water by Dr. Gerald Pollock -Research & Testimonials: Relax Sauna YouTube Channel-Guest Org: Nature Inspired Therapies (featured in previous episode and referenced in this one) -Studies and frequency science—search PubMed for "far infrared" and "heart rate variability" -Cancer/Chronic Illness Conferences: ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society)We are excited to have IT company https://www.mindiii.com as a podcast sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. The episode is packed with actionable advice, anecdotal experience, and heartfelt compassion for anyone navigating the challenges of aging, caregiving, or planning for their future.🌟 Topics Covered:Home care vs. home health: understanding the differenceRecognizing early cognitive changes in loved onesNavigating the holidays with aging family members: warning signs to look forPractical tips for home safety and fall prevention in winterPatient advocacy: coordinating between multiple doctors and understanding insuranceOvercoming resistance to accepting help as an elder or caregiverPlanning ahead: living wills, durable power of attorney, and the importance of POLST formsMedicare, Medicare Advantage, and making the best healthcare coverage choicesThe emotional side of caregiving and family conversations about agingSupporting parental independence with the right resourcesKey Takeaways:Home care (non-medical assistance) and home health (medical services) are distinct, and both play crucial roles in keeping people healthy at home.Sudden changes in cognition, confusion, or forgetfulness—especially during holidays—can signal underlying health issues requiring medical attention.Accepting help doesn’t rob you of independence; it preserves and extends it by creating support systems.Proactive planning and honest family conversations are essential—before a crisis hits—to ensure wishes are known and needs are met.Essential medical forms like a living will, durable power of attorney, and a POLST form help ensure your preferences are respected in an emergency.Beware of the hidden drawbacks of Medicare Advantage plans, especially limited networks and the need for referrals/prior authorizations.Environmental modifications, such as removing throw rugs and keeping current lists of medications, are simple safety measures anyone can implement.Cherish family storytelling and stay socially connected to improve mental and emotional well-being throughout the aging process. Some questions I ask:What are the differences between home care and home health, and why does it matter for families? When visiting relatives over the holidays, what should you look and listen for to spot changes in health or cognition? What are the best ways to initiate those difficult conversations about aging, support, and medical planning with parents or adult children? If someone is resistant to accepting help or support, what advice or perspective can turn that mindset around? For those planning ahead, what practical steps or documents should every family consider and why? What are the pros and cons of Medicare Advantage versus traditional Medicare, and how can families make the right choice? How can siblings and distant relatives effectively share responsibility for aging parents?Learn more about our guests -Comprehensive Home Health Solutions: comprehensivehomehealthsolutions.com-Phone: 775-624-8939 -Facebook: Search "Comprehensive Home Health Solutions" -LinkedIn: Search "Comprehensive Home Health Solutions" -Email and contact forms are available via their websiteResources List -Comprehensive Home Health Solutions: https://www.comprehensivehomehealthsolutions.com-POLST (Provider Order for Life Sustaining Treatment): Learn more about POLST-Information on Living Wills and Advance Directives: NIA.gov Advance Care Planning-Consumer resource on Medicare, Medigap, and Medicare Advantage (Medicare.gov) -General fall prevention tips for seniors: CDC Fall PreventionWe are excited to have IT company https://www.mindiii.com as a podcast sponsor. Founded in 2015, MINDIII is a Product Development and Data + AI Company that builds scalable digital products and intelligent data platforms. 🎙️ Welcome to Healthy Happy Wise Wealthy (HHWW)! In this transformative episode, host Mary Meyer goes inside Healing Hands Physical Therapy and Body Work with owner Jamie Pribyl and Dawn Cushing. Discover why their innovative therapy clinic rejects the traditional, insurance-driven physical therapy model—creating a space where deep listening, holistic healing, and direct practitioner-patient connection take the lead. From craniosacral therapy to cutting-edge treatments like Stem Wave, you’ll get an inside look at how this team helps clients heal, grow, and thrive beyond the limits of conventional medicine.🌟 Topics Covered: -How Healing Hands differs from standard physical therapy clinics -The limitations of insurance-based care -The value of individualized, hands-on treatment -What is craniosacral therapy, and how does it work? -Why "listening to the body" changes the healing process -The science and sensation of Stem Wave therapy -Integrating yoga, nervous system regulation, and holistic practices -Pelvic floor therapy, visceral mobilization, and more-The role of maintenance physical therapy (not just injury care) -The connection between yoga and physical therapy healingKey takeaways: -Holistic physical therapy creates deeper, more lasting healing by focusing on the whole body—not just the symptoms. -Insurance-based clinics often force a "rat race", limiting hands-on care and treating symptoms rather than root causes. -Listening to the body—through hands-on intuition, craniosacral therapy, and individualized attention—can reveal surprising sources of pain and unblock stuck energy. -Modern modalities like Stem Wave use sound waves to stimulate cellular healing and can support natural recovery without surgery or drugs. -Maintenance physical therapy can prevent joint replacements, injuries, and improve overall wellbeing—think of it like a "tune-up" for the body. -Yoga principles and nervous system regulation deeply align with holistic physical therapy, offering powerful synergy for healing trauma and chronic pain. Some questions I ask: -How is your business model different from traditional physical therapy clinics, and why did you structure it this way? -What are the biggest limitations created by insurance in conventional PT settings? -Can physical therapy help even if you’re not injured? Is it for body maintenance, too? -How do you “listen to the body” and what makes this approach effective for clients? -Can you explain what craniosacral therapy is and how it benefits people? -How does Stem Wave therapy work, and who is it for? -What range of issues can holistic physical therapy and bodywork address? -How do yoga and nervous system regulation play a role in physical therapy?Learn more about our guests: Guests: Dr. Jamie Pribyl, Dawn Cushing-Healing Hands Physical Therapy & Body Work -Website: healinghandspt.net - Call or Text 775-452-4471 Get an appointment: https://www.healinghandspt.net/9460 Double R Blvd #104 Reno, N 89521Call or Text: 775-452-4471Email: admin@healinghandspt.netResources list:-Stem Wave Pain Relief Device (featured in episode): Learn about Stem Wave-Craniosacral Therapy information and classes (ask with Healing Hands team) -Pelvic Floor Therapy and Visceral Mobilization - available at Healing Hands PT -Multi-hands craniosacral sessions & aquatic therapy (ask Healing Hands PT for info) -Yoga Classes: inquire with Dawn Cushing or Healing Hands PT -Instagram & Facebook: @HealingHandsPTandBodyWork- Youtube: @HealingHandsPhysicalTherapy Whether you’re recovering from injury, seeking pain relief, or interested in proactive body wellness, this episode is an essential listen for anyone seeking the next level of holistic health.
