Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston are back for another episode of Post Moves, recapping all the action from last week. Both were deep in their commentator side quests, AB caught a “GOAT” shout from Lisa Bluder, and the internet briefly thought Candace might risk it all for LeBron 😭.

The WNBA schedules are officially out (still no CBA though 👀), with the Indiana Fever opening against the Dallas Wings in a matchup featuring four No. 1 draft picks. Elsewhere, Trinity Rodman became the highest-paid female player in the world, and in women’s college hoops, South Carolina handed Vanderbilt its first loss.

What’s up, Post Ups! We’ve got a very special guest on today’s episode, she's coming straight to us from the 305 — a certified bucket, a walking highlight reel, and one of the most decorated scorers in basketball history… Kelsey “Plum Dawg” Plum. From lighting up the NCAA record books to becoming a 2x WNBA Champion, 4x WNBA All-Star, Sixth Player of the Year, and Olympic gold medalist. Azzi Fudd is cooking, the WNBA CBA proposal is heating up, and Thanksgiving is right around the corner, so we’ve got plenty to break down on this week’s episode of Post Moves. Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston start with the WNBA lottery odds, even though we’ll already know who landed the No. 1 pick by the time you’re listening, then dive into the latest CBA updates and the headline-grabbing $1.1M max salary. Can the league and the WNBPA come to an agreement before the Nov. 30 deadline?
The New York Liberty hires longtime Warriors assistant and four-time NBA champion Chris DeMarco as their new head coach. Candace and Aliyah discuss what it means for coaching development and representation across the WNBA. Over in women’s college basketball, UConn bags a close win over Michigan behind Azzi Fudd’s 31-point performance and Sarah Strong’s monster 20-rebound game. They recap Hannah Hidalgo’s game-winner for Notre Dame, LSU’s historic run, and what’s going on with Duke as they take their third loss of the season.
This week’s Internet debate centers around the 2024 vs. 2025 WNBA All-Rookie Teams, who would win a game to 21? Then the two compare their own rookie squads. And since it’s Thanksgiving week, they wrap things up by choosing their table of choice for dinner, amongst some of the most iconic current and former women’s basketball players.

They dive into Joyce Edwards’ dominance, Raven and Tessa Johnson stepping up, and how the Gamecocks are carving out a brand-new identity with players in new roles. Plus, Dawn Staley dropped a couple gems postgame, including plans for AB to join the team next week and her MVP prediction.
Across the national scene, the new AP Top 25 is out and the top five aren’t budging. UConn stays at No. 1 after Sarah Strong powered a double-double against Ohio State, and Notre Dame stays in the mix thanks to Hannah Hidalgo’s NCAA-record 16 steals, 44 points performance. Some teams impressed, others… not so much (Duke, we’re looking at you).
Candace and AB name their Starting 5 of players to wear their jersey number. They also react to some of the internet’s favorite viral clips, baby-first-step dunk, Wemby casually tossing lobs to himself, and more clips you have to see. To wrap, they shine the spotlight on SLAMU 13 cover athlete Olivia Miles before taking on your fan questions.

On this episode of Post Moves, Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston are joined by 2x WNBA Champion and one of the most unhinged players in the league — Sydney Colson. Sydney opens up about why she chose to sign with the Indiana Fever in free agency, how she navigated the outside noise that came with that decision, and how she embraced her role as a veteran leader on a young team.
Syd reflects on overcoming early-career setbacks and how Becky Hammon challenged her to help reshape the Aces’ championship culture. She also shares what it’s like being teammates with both Candace and Aliyah. Naturally, the conversation turns to her unhinged social media moments — from trolling Candace after her retirement to the viral “green toy” post — plus her growing passion for comedy and stand-up.
Candace and Aliyah also dive into the latest headlines, including Chauncey Billups and Terry Rozier’s reported gambling investigations, and new WNBA coaching hires. Sandy Brondello is named as the first head coach of the Toronto Tempo, Jose Fernandez joins the Dallas Wings, and Sonia Raman becomes the first head coach of Indian descent with the Seattle Storm. Plus, they discuss A’ja Wilson’s induction into the South Carolina Gamecocks Hall of Fame, UConn celebrating its national championship with new rings, and Tom Izzo’s thoughts on G League players returning to college hoops. What does this mean for high school players?

On this week’s episode of Post Moves, get excited — the NBA is officially BACK! Candace kicks things off by talking about her new role as an analyst for NBA on Prime, and shares a story from her recent trip to a Los Angeles Dodgers game where she watched Shohei Ohtani put on a masterclass. Then, things take a hilarious turn when Candace brings up an Instagram post revealing that Aliyah led the entire WNBA in personal fouls this season 😭. The two go back and forth guessing how many times they’ve each fouled out.
They also break down the Portland Fire hiring Alex Sarama as their first-ever head coach, and ask the bigger question: Is the WNBA shifting toward more male coaches? Later, Candace and Aliyah react to the AP’s list of the greatest women’s college basketball players of all time, which includes legends like Candace, Caitlin Clark, Cheryl Miller, Diana Taurasi, and Breanna Stewart. The duo also preview NBA Opening Night matchups — Lakers vs. Warriors and OKC vs. Houston — and react to the news that WNBA All-Star Weekend is returning to Chicago in 2026.
To wrap things up, Candace and Aliyah have some fun ranking their favorite TV shows of all time, picking who they’d cast in a WNBA version of Netflix’s “Starting 5”, and Aliyah gives a shoutout to her South Carolina Gamecocks before answering a few fan questions.

Basketball legend Sue Bird joins Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston on this week’s episode of Post Moves. The 5x Olympic Gold Medalist, 4x WNBA Champion, and 13x All-Star opens up about life after retirement — from her Hall of Fame induction to balancing two podcasts and now stepping into her newest challenge as the first-ever Managing Director of the USA Basketball Women’s National Team.
Sue reflects on the growth of the WNBA, what it really takes to build a dynasty, how difficult it is to sustain success, and what impressed her most about the Las Vegas Aces’ championship run. Plus, she and Candace share stories from their time playing overseas together — and how today’s players are reshaping the game without needing to go abroad.
Candace and Aliyah also dive into A’ja Wilson’s dominance, as she makes history as the first player ever to win MVP, DPOY, and Finals MVP in the same season. They break down Becky Hammon's legacy, and celebrate our girl AB being named to the All-WNBA Second Team and All-Defensive Second Team!

The duo breaks down the Indiana Fever’s remarkable season, which ended in a tough overtime loss to the Aces.
