Description
Reimagine Communication – a podcast for those who sense that something deeper is possible.
This is a living exploration for those who are no longer satisfied with autopilot, fixed roles, or dominant norms. For those who feel that communication can be more than just exchanging words – that it can be a path toward inner freedom and outer transformation.
We approach Nonviolent Communication not as a technique to master, but as a way of being – present, vulnerable, and powerful all at once.
In a time when old systems are cracking and relationships are being tested, we ask questions rather than offer answers:
How do we live truthfully in the midst of complexity?
How do we listen to what longs – in ourselves, in others, in the world?
How do we create space for what wants to be born beyond what we already know?
This is for you who are done performing identities that no longer fit.
Who want to help shape a new way of being human – in connection, in transition, in aliveness.
Nothing here is final. Just a listening space where what aches is welcome, where new perspectives can emerge, and where what is already stirring in us might show the way forward.
Welcome. Let’s begin.

Why lying is good for us – a conversation with Liv Larsson
In this episode, we meet Liv Larsson – mediator, author, and long-time teacher of Nonviolent Communication. With over two decades of experience exploring the emotional dynamics of conflict, Liv brings a nuanced and deeply human perspective to how we relate to ourselves and one another.
This conversation invites us into a more intimate encounter with shame – not as something to fix or avoid, but as a doorway into deeper self-understanding and relational honesty. Together, we explore the subtle ways shame shows up in our lives, how it shapes our identities and interactions, and what becomes possible when we meet it with awareness, presence, and care.
Rather than offering quick solutions, Liv shares stories and reflections that open space for inquiry – encouraging us to stay curious in the face of discomfort, and to see shame not as a personal failure, but as a signal that something deeply valued is at stake.
For those drawn to inner work, relational depth, and the ongoing unfolding of self, this episode offers a grounded and compassionate exploration of one of our most vulnerable emotional experiences.

The old map says:
emotions are peaks and valleys,
storms and still waters.
You must ride them out, tame them,
keep your course toward clear skies.
The new map whispers:
emotions are a language,
woven from memories and possibilities.
They do not point to the right or wrong path –
they reveal who you are in meeting the world.
Freedom is not in feeling the right things,
but in listening deeply,
choosing consciously,
and letting every feeling become a key
to a greater map than you’ve ever seen.
