I was at a store when I saw first responders jump in to help someone in crisis. What felt like a routine moment quickly turned into something unforgettable—people slowing down, leaning in, helping, and caring in ways no one expected. What happened next was amazing. This is the story that confirmed something I’ve been sensing for a long time: Mighty Caregivers are everywhere. Sometimes they’re in uniform, sometimes they’re in everyday aisles. In the ordinary, I witnessed the extraordinary. If you care for someone, I see you. You matter. We’re all part of a bigger league of compassion—living proof that heroes show up, even between the bread and the milk.
