Description

Do you feel called to more but have no idea what that “more” is?
Do you want to impact lives at work, in your community, and at home — but aren’t sure how?
Are you doubting your ability to lead and wondering if it’s too late?
Are you overwhelmed and thinking, “I can’t possibly add one more thing to my plate”?

I’m so glad you’re here.

This podcast will help you finally live out the purpose God has for you, grow a deeper connection with your Savior, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those around you.

Hi, I’m Pam Pegram — a wife, mom, MeMe, Entrepreneur and Jesus lover. Like you, I felt called to more but spent a lot of time arguing with God, trying to convince Him I didn’t have the capacity. Eventually, I realized He wasn’t asking me to do more — He was inviting me into more with Him. That changed everything.

Once I gave in and surrendered it all to Him - I began to grow into the woman He created me to be, started seeing lives change around me, and finally discovered I had time for everything He actually called me to — without stress.

Now, I help women grow in confidence, gain clarity in their purpose as they follow God's plan, and find the time to do it all. It's not as hard as you think. You just need a little guidance and encouragement.

If you're ready to shift your focus from your position to the purpose behind it… to trade confusion for clarity on your next steps… and to expand your influence in a way that makes an eternal difference — all while learning to rest in Him — you’re in the right place.

So grab your coffee, your journal, and that half-finished to-do list... and let’s get going.

Hi Friend - Second-guessing is one of the most common struggles Christian women leaders face — and it’s rarely talked about honestly. In this episode, we explore why so many Christian women who are already leading begin to question their calling, doubt their decisions, and lose confidence — even when they are capable, experienced, and deeply committed to following God’s plan. We’ll talk about how second-guessing quietly steals clarity, confidence, peace, time management, and influence, and why this struggle is often rooted in misplaced responsibility rather than a lack of faith or leadership ability. In this conversation, you’ll discover: Why Christian women leaders second-guess their calling How pressure replaces purpose and erodes confidence The connection between clarity, leadership, and time management Why alignment with God’s plan restores confidence and peace How biblical truth reframes leadership without striving If you’re a Christian woman leader who feels called to lead intentionally but finds yourself constantly overthinking, hesitating, or questioning your decisions, this episode will bring clarity and encouragement. ✨ Your Next Step If this episode resonates and you’re craving deeper clarity, confidence, and intentional growth, I would love to walk alongside you. 👉 Learn more about coaching and next steps at: https://www.pampegram.com/ Let’s help you lead from a place of alignment, not exhaustion—so you can live a rich, satisfying life and make the impact God designed you for. Hey Sis! If leadership feels heavy right now, I want you to know something first—you’re not failing, and you’re not alone. In this episode, we talk about: Why leadership can feel heavy even when you’re walking in your calling How lack of clarity impacts your confidence, time management, and influence The subtle signs you’re leading from pressure instead of purpose How to quiet the noise and refocus on God’s plan for your life and leadership What it looks like to lead like Jesus—grounded, present, and intentional If you’ve been asking yourself: Why does leadership feel so hard right now? As the year comes to an end, it’s natural to start thinking about goals — getting fit, saving money, improving relationships, or managing time better. But before you rush into setting goals for 2026, this episode invites you to pause and consider something far more important: your character. In this episode, we talk about why character matters more than success, achievement, or influence. When we grow spiritually and become more like Christ, every other area of life is impacted naturally. We reflect on the life of Jesus — His obedience to the Father, His love for people, and His humility in leadership. We also revisit the powerful moment between Jesus and Peter after Peter’s denial, where Jesus restores him and calls him not just to say he loves Him, but to serve Him. Using 2 Corinthians 3:18 and John 21:15–17, this conversation challenges Christian leaders to reflect honestly: Does my life reflect Christ? And have I truly committed my life to Him? If you’re ending the year in reflection and preparing for what’s next, this episode will help you realign your heart, your leadership, and your priorities with what matters most.   Pam is currently working on a program that will help you become the Leader we all know you can become. You’ll learn how to evaluate your year without guilt, pressure, or comparison — and how to step forward with clarity and confidence. This episode will help you slow down, gain wisdom, and align your next steps with God’s plan — before you set goals or make new commitments.
