Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come because we’re so focused on how far we still want to go. But you deserve to pause. You deserve to celebrate yourself.   In this episode of Through Her Lens, I’m reflecting on what it means to own your story, honor your growth, and stop downplaying your wins just to make others comfortable. With my son about to turn 25, I’ve been thinking about everything I’ve overcome and everything I’ve built—and I’m finally learning to say, I’m proud of me.   And I want you to be proud of you too.   🎧 Inside this episode: – Why it’s okay to say “I did that” – Resilience, buoyancy, and choosing to keep going – What happens when you stop giving your power away – A reminder that you can celebrate without shrinking   💡 If you needed a sign to keep showing up, this is it. You didn’t come this far to dim your light now.   🎙️ Through Her Lens is a @4TheRecordMedia original 📺 Available on all podcast platforms + YouTube at @ItsNeetaB
The internet is loud. The algorithm is relentless. And sometimes, it feels like the only way to be seen is to shout louder, post more, or try to be someone you’re not. In this episode of Through Her Lens, I’m sharing what it really means to show up as yourself in a digital world that rewards noise over nuance. I’ll walk you through my journey of hiding behind safe brand names and finally stepping into who I am—Neeta B—unfiltered, unshrinking, and unapologetic. 🎧 Inside this episode: – Why your voice is your value – The real cost of staying silent online – How to show up with consistency, connection, and clarity – 3 practical steps to help you own your voice and build your lane This episode is for anyone who’s been holding back, comparing themselves, or doubting whether their voice matters. Everyone loves a good love story but some of the best ones come with a twist. A pause. A comeback. In this episode of Through Her Lens, I’m diving into the idea of second chance love stories—those moments where life circles back and the timing finally feels right. It’s deeper than romance. It’s about growth, healing, and giving yourself or someone else another shot… with new eyes and a stronger heart. Today marks 6 years since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I’ve got a lot to say. In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what this journey has really looked like: the fear, the grief, the strength, the surrender… and everything in between. MS changed my life, but it also taught me how to live in a way I never did before. This isn’t just about chronic illness. It’s about learning how to listen to your body. About learning how to slow down, let go of guilt, and ask for help. It’s about unlearning everything I thought I had to be—and rebuilding from a place of truth. Whether you live with MS, love someone who does, or are just navigating your own invisible battles… this one is for you. In this episode: – What I wish I knew when I was diagnosed – The emotional weight of living with an unpredictable condition – The power of grace, rest, and advocating for yourself – Why I no longer live to prove I’m “okay” Let’s talk about the things we carry, the strength we don’t always show, and the freedom that comes from honoring your body.
We’re in a world that rewards going viral—but what happens when the algorithm forgets you? In this episode of Through Her Lens, I’m breaking down the difference between building for clout vs building with community in mind. Because clout might get you attention… but community is what gives you longevity. 🎧 Whether you're a creator, entrepreneur, or just trying to figure out how to show up online without losing yourself, this conversation is for you. I’m sharing my own struggles with chasing numbers, the pressure to “go big,” and how shifting my focus back to people over performance helped me fall back in love with why I started. ✨ If you’ve ever felt like your worth is tied to views or likes—this is your reminder that real impact can’t be measured by metrics. In this episode: – The emotional rollercoaster of chasing clout – Why viral moments fade but community sustains – How to shift your focus from external validation to real connection Tune in now on all podcast platforms + YouTube And tag a friend who needs to hear this one.

In this raw and real conversation, I’m breaking down what overthinking really is—and how it tricks us into staying stuck. I’m sharing my own struggle with perfectionism, why I was “creating” nonstop but still not moving, and the three mindset shifts that helped me finally start showing up and executing.  If you’ve been sitting on that podcast, that business idea, or that piece of content—this is your sign. Done is better than perfect. Let’s stop waiting and start moving.
