Everyone, likely including the Trump administration itself, understands the racist roots of the word "remigration." Before it appeared in US politics, white nationalists coined the term and amplified it throughout Europe. So if everyone knows this, why has our government chosen to publicly associate with it?The answer may be as simple as "Stephen Miller."
