In this episode we talk with Geoff Beausoleil who was an Executive Manager and Chief Operations manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration. Geoff worked at Sandia National Laboratories, the Pantex site in Texas, and the DOE Idaho operations office. Geoff walks us through his experience managing complex nuclear operations where any mistake could lead to disaster.
