I relate to the voicemail so hard. I used to work at a pet store & more than 1 complaint against me from customers for refusing to sell them an animal. luckily my manager always backed me up b/c it was usually something like "no, I'm not selling you a THIRD guinea pig to kill" or "no, you can't put this brackish water dish in your freshwater tank"
