Peter gives the real lay of the land at the combine, including the bars and restaurants where decisions conversations are being had and decisions are being made. Peter goes through the schedule of events and details why this week is more about the general managers, coaches and agents than the actual players competing, themselves. The first guest is Seahawks GM John Schneider , who not only takes us through the building of his super bowl winning team, but also goes down memory lane on what the combine used to be like in the early 2000s. Then, trainer Nic Hill gives us an inside look on what he does to help the top names in college football prepare for and get the very most out of their combine experiences.

He, then, brings in longtime NFL GM and executive Tom Telesco to go through the following few months and what that entails for an NFL general manager. Telesco takes us through the draft process of Justin Herbert, Derwin James, Keenan Allen, and Brock Bowers. He, then, goes through the free agent signing of Casey Hayward and the trade for Khalil Mack, and uses all of these situations to explain the various ways player acquisitions can work. The two then go down storytime lane, and discuss the drafting of Pat McAfee in Indianapolis, Philip Rivers days in San Diego, and what Nick Sirianni was like as a position coach for the Chargers.

Peter provides an instant reaction to the Bills hiring Joe Brady as their head coach, then goes into a deep dive discussion on the aftermath of the Rams' NFC Championship Game loss in Seattle. Then, a discussion and appreciation for the three central figures behind Seattle's amazing re-birth: John Schneider, Mike Macdonald, and Sam Darnold. New Miami Dolphins head coach Jeff Hafley is the featured guest this week and he shares his vision, what he is looking for in his Dolphins players, and thoughts on the QB and roster as a whole. Peter starts the podcast with a look back at the 9-year-anniversary of the Los Angeles Rams hiring of Sean McVay and what that decision meant for the franchise and how swinging the bat on a homerun hire can change an organization forever. Peter uses the McVay hire to detail the rising stars of this coaching cycle--Nathan Scheelhaase, Klint Kubiak, Chris Shula, and Jaguars offensive wunderkind Grant Udinski. Then, just 48 hours after his Jaguars being eliminated from the 2025 playoffs, Liam Coen does a rare "exit interview" with Peter, reflecting and recapping the season and journey that was. Coen sits with Peter for an all-encompassing deep dive and appreciation on the season that was. Peter and Liam talk about hiring a staff, building a culture, facing Hall of Fame coaches, Trevor Lawrence, coaching philosophies, Baker Mayfield, and so much more. Jaguars fans have a real one. Coen is open, honest, and vulnerable in this rare conversation so soon after playoff elimination.

Peter begins the episode with a reaction to the news out of Washington, that offensive coordinator Kliff Kingsbury would be moving on after a "mutual parting of ways,” and uses that as a springboard to analyze and dissect just how crazy the NFL can be. Year to year, things turn over, and the success of one season can play no role in security and comfort heading into the one after that. From Washington to Atlanta to Cleveland to Arizona to New York to Tennessee to Las Vegas, Peter touches on all the various openings, rumors, and thoughts swirling around the league. Greg Olsen joins the show and is fantastic. They talk Panthers, coaching middle school football with Jonathan Stewart and Luke Kuechly, and then get into a lengthy discussion on whether Greg could see himself in the front office of an NFL organization. Lastly, they discuss the current Miami team, what it means to be a Cane, and Greg's plans for the CFP semifinal game versus Ole Miss.

Peter starts the podcast with a deep dive discussion on the 2025 MVP award. With an opportunity to put the award away the last two weeks in Primetime, Matthew Stafford has left the door open for Drake Maye to win the honor. Or is there room for a third option? With a big performance Saturday night versus Seattle, Peter lays out a world where Christian McCaffrey walks away with the honors. Coach of the Year is an even more wide open debate. Then, NFL Draft guru Daniel Jeremiah joins for a thorough discussion on his five NFL Draft prospects he's watching in the 2025 College Football Playoffs.

Peter opens the show with thoughts on the Dolphins following their Monday night loss in Pittsburgh, why the Buccaneers loss to the Falcons was so absurd, and who needs to step up in Green Bay now that Micah Parsons is out for the season. Trevor Lawrence is the Week 15 Player of the Week for his masterful day against the Jets and Fernando Mendoza is the Sports Media Winner of the Week for his raw ability to be himself--unapologetically--on camera every time he's in a media setting. Then, legendary actors Paul Rudd and Jack Black are in the house, promoting their new movie "Anaconda". The two are electric, detailing their on-set dynamic, when they both discovered the other's work, their sliding doors moment when they both auditioned for the same (forgotten) role, and how they raised their games appearing on late night talk shows, knowing the other was bringing the heat. Paul details his acceptance of a Chiefs season that came up short and Jack explains his love for the Dodgers. Both are in rare form and bring the goods.

Peter starts the podcast by recapping a weekend in Los Angeles, in which he watched what could have been the end of the Chiefs dynasty alongside Troy Aikman, listened to Arnold Schwarzenegger walk through a hotel lobby, discussed movies with Ryan Clark and Marcus Spears, and watched one of the weirdest "Monday Night Football" games ever. Peter weighs in on Josh Allen's potential to go back to back MVPs, the Houston Texans defense, and the Jaguars as a team nobody is talking about. Six-time Super Bowl Champion Josh McDaniels joins the show for a deep-dive on his career, his philosophy on coaching, and his many insights on Drake Maye and the 2025 New England Patriots. McDaniels talks at length about his time with Tom Brady, the Super Bowl wins, and what he's learned and taken with him along the way. Stories on Randy Moss, Gronk, Julian Edelman are matched with promising insights on young Patriots stars Drake Maye, TreVeyon Henderson, and Pop Douglas. McDaniels discusses his year away from football in 2024, how he got right, and why he's ready to do it all over again.

Peter recaps his trip to Foxborough, where he goes down memory lane, and is blown away how quickly it took to do a complete rebuild in New England. The Patriots made a statement to the rest of the league in a blowout win over the Giants and it doesn't look or feel exactly like it did during the Belichick era. He, then, pays tribute to the halftime show in Detroit on Thanksgiving, as well as the fine work of Marty Smith over the weekend. Chicago Bears coach Ben Johnson joins to discuss the team's 9-3 start to the season, the story behind removing his shirt in the postgame locker room, and what that moment meant for the city of Chicago. Ben, then, goes into depth on his current roster, his offensive philosophy, his relationship with Caleb Williams, and the veteran leaders that have been the backbone of this storied season. Then, Peter and producer Mark Grillo preview the Week 14 slate and what's at stake across the league.

Onnie Bose, the NFL's Head of Broadcasting, joins to discuss the NFL's most anticipated regular season weekend in quite some time. With a loaded slate on Thanksgiving, a gem of a Friday matchup in Philadelphia, and the Patriots - Giants on MNF-- ratings records could be broken. They do a deep dive on all things scheduling, flex rules, and the inner workings of the NFL broadcast world.

Peter details his 48 hours in Las Vegas, a dinner with Troy Aikman to be remembered, and why Bravo Con was all the rage. He then discusses why Bears fans are allowed to be excited, why Chargers fans should be concerned, and why Eagles fans live in a constant in-between. Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph joins the show and goes in-depth on what makes Denver's defense so dominant, working with Sean Payton, and why there's something magical that didn't happen overnight in the Mile High City. Coach Joseph gets personal, gets technical, and gives us a small window into what makes him one of the top coaches in the game. His humility shines through and his love for his players is evident.

Then, Peter welcomes in Panthers coach Dave Canales for an awesome chat about his team's outstanding start to the season, his coaching philosophies, and his approach to life.
