Meet Annabelle: a natural athlete turned fashion insider whose confident exterior hid a turbulent and complex inner world.

What looked like a dream career at Topshop, where she spent 14 years, became a cycle of toxic team environments, relentless pressure, and a life-altering accident that triggered years of buried anxiety. What followed was a decade-long battle with PTSD, glandular fever and chronic fatigue, leaving her bedridden, isolated and unsure whether she’d ever reclaim her life.
And then India changed everything.
A chance yoga teacher training and exposure to Ayurvedic healing opened the first door out of survival mode. Annabelle discovered the mind-body connection, learned to rewire her nervous system, and found tools that didn’t just treat symptoms — they transformed how she lived. Through The Lightning Process, deep Ayurvedic cleansing, and a complete lifestyle reset, she began to climb back.
From those ashes, she rebuilt:
qualifying in personal training, meditation and mindset coaching,
becoming a mother,
and returning — again and again — to the practices that healed her.
