What does it mean to be New Day Community Church? So far in 2025, we connected with Jesus during an extended study of the book of John. We also spent the summer exploring practical ways to abide in our daily lives. This fall, our focus shifts to abiding in the unique calling God has given us to carry as a church community. We’ll spend five weeks discussing our New Day values and how we aim to implement them together. It will be a great way to get to know the church if you’re new. And a great way to refresh your sense of purpose if you’ve been a New Day-er for a long time.

“I am the true vine … As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love” (John 15:1,9 ESV). Those who accept Jesus’ invitation to abide experience overflowing joy and fruitfulness. But what does abiding look like in practice? This summer, as we explore nine pathways for an abiding connection with God, you can implement what you learn to cultivate a richer, more dynamic, and deeper connection with the true vine: Jesus.www.newdaycommunity.org

This special service is dedicated to praising God, listening to His voice, and responding as the Holy Spirit moves. As a church body we value getting even stronger at corporately hosting God's presence and being challenged by the call to participate in what he's doing. Come with expectation and readiness to share what the Holy Spirit has put in you.
Jesus says to his disciples: “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love” (John 15:9, ESV). He invites us to dwell in him as a branch abides in the vine. What an essential and life-giving connection! Those who abide experience the faithful love and overflowing joy of the Lord that produces heavenly growth and fruitfulness. In this series, we will study the Gospel according to John, the beloved disciple, and deepen our connection to Jesus. John knew Jesus so personally: reclining next to him at the Passover table, hearing his sorrowful prayer in Gethsemane, and receiving the commission to care for his mother. Who better to guide us on the path to knowing and abiding in Jesus?
