Prof David Monyae is a South African international relations and foreign policy expert, an Associate Professor of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Johannesburg, and Director of the Centre for Africa-China Studies. He obtained his PhD in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, and previously served as Section Manager for International Relations Policy Analysis at the South African Parliament, providing strategic management, parliamentary foreign policy formulation, and monitoring and analysis services.
