Forest are into the Europa League quarter-finals after a huge night in Denmark — a 2-1 win away at FC Midtjylland, followed by a confident penalty shootout performance to get the job done.
On today’s TALKING ReDS, Greg Oram and Richard Spray are joined by Jamie Tatler and Steph Wilkinson to break down everything from that win — the goals, the key decisions, the disallowed moments, and the mentality shown in extra time and the shootout.
But this isn’t just about Europe.
We also turn our full attention to Sunday’s massive Premier League clash away at Tottenham — a game that could define Forest’s league trajectory. With momentum building from Europe, how does Vítor Pereira approach selection, energy levels, and game plan just three days later?
A European high… and now a huge domestic test.

Forest 0–0 Fulham | Missed Chances Again
Nottingham Forest were held to a 0–0 draw with Fulham at the City Ground, and once again the key issue was clear — Forest created chances but couldn’t convert them.
A major moment arrived in the second half when Dan Ndoye thought he had scored the winner, only for the goal to be ruled out by VAR for offside in the build-up.
As the Premier League relegation battle tightens, every point matters — but with opportunities missed, the question remains: was this a valuable point or two dropped?
Hosted by Greg Oram and Richard Spray, with panel guests Raf, The Random Pundit and Bruce Johnstone, this episode analyses:
The key moments from the 0-0 draw
The VAR decision that denied Forest the winner
Forest’s continuing problems in front of goal
Tactical shape and performances across the pitch
What the result means for the relegation fight

Nottingham Forest’s Europa League hopes have taken a hit after a frustrating 1-0 defeat at the City Ground to FC Midtjylland in the first leg of the last-16 tie. Despite dominating large spells of the match and firing over 20 shots, Forest couldn’t find a way through before Cho Gue-sung’s late header stunned the home crowd.
On today’s episode of TALKING ReDS, Greg Oram & Richard Spray are joined by Dave Thompson to break down a difficult night on the banks of the Trent.
We’ll analyse:
• Why Forest created so many chances but still couldn’t score
• The key tactical decisions from Vítor Pereira
• The defensive lapse that allowed Midtjylland to steal the advantage
• Whether the tie can still be turned around in Denmark
Then in the second half of the pod, attention turns to a huge Premier League clash with Fulham on Sunday. With Forest balancing European ambitions and the pressure of the relegation fight, we ask:
Can Pereira rotate?
Do Forest need to prioritise the league now?
And what does the Fulham game mean for the run-in?
A big European setback, but another massive Premier League test just days away.

Nottingham Forest return to Europa League knockout football as they prepare for the Round of 16 first leg against FC Midtjylland — a tie that carries a sense of unfinished business.
Earlier in the group stage, the Danish side shocked Forest with a 3–2 win at the City Ground, and now the Reds have a chance to put that right with a place in the quarter-finals on the line.
Greg Oram is joined by Raf, The Random Pundit and Scott Terry to preview the first leg. The panel discuss Forest’s route to the knockout stage, the tactical challenge posed by Midtjylland, and how Vítor Pereira might approach this two-legged European tie.
Revenge, European nights, and a huge opportunity for Forest — all discussed right here.

In this special episode of “The One With…” on TALKING ReDS, Greg and Richard are joined by Nottingham Forest fan Ellie Molloson.
Ellie has become a familiar face in the football fan media space, appearing on Sky Sports’ Fan Hub through the Fanalysis platform and featuring regularly across online football fan content where she represents the Forest perspective. She’s also the founder of Garibaldi Girls, Nottingham Forest’s first female-focused supporters’ group, created to amplify the voices of women in the Forest fanbase and build a stronger community around the club.
A lifelong Forest supporter, Ellie has held a season ticket since the age of 15, regularly follows both the men’s and women’s teams, and is an away member of the club. She’s also involved in wider fan advocacy, including work connected to Her Game Too, promoting equality and inclusion in football fandom.
In this episode we get to know Ellie properly — her Forest story, how she ended up appearing on major fan media platforms, and what it’s like representing the club in those spaces.
Plus, we dive into plenty of Forest chat and put Ellie through two TALKING ReDS traditions:
⚡ The Lightning Round
👵 Name That Grandmother
It’s a fun and insightful conversation with one of the most recognisable Forest fan voices online.

Forest leave Brighton with another damaging defeat — two goals conceded inside 15 minutes, familiar mistakes, and too many players miles off it when the game was there to be competed for. Once again, the questions aren’t just about the result, but about patterns that keep repeating: soft goals, slow starts, and a side that looks stretched.
And that’s where the conversation turns serious.
With Manchester City away on Wednesday, fatigue is no longer theoretical — it’s visible. Do Forest push on in Europe and risk burning out in the league? Or is survival now the only priority, even if that means difficult compromises and rotation?
This isn’t just a Brighton post-mortem. It’s a wider reckoning — about squad depth, energy levels, decision-making, and whether the Europa League is starting to work against Forest in a Premier League relegation battle.
Brighton exposed the problems. City will punish them if nothing changes.

Nottingham Forest are through to the Europa League last 16 — but it was a night that tested nerves at the City Ground.
Leading 3–0 from the first leg, Forest were rocked as Fenerbahçe scored twice to make it 2–0 on the night and suddenly turn the tie on its head. With momentum swinging, Callum Hudson-Odoi’s goal proved decisive as Forest steadied themselves and closed the game out to win 4–2 on aggregate.
Join Greg Oram and Richard Spray as they analyse:
How Forest let control slip with fringe players failing to shine
The response after going 2–0 down
What this performance tells us about Forest in European ties
We’ll then look ahead to Sunday’s Premier League trip to Brighton, where Forest go in search of a vital away win and another big step forward in the league.

Forest were right in this one — disciplined, competitive, and still in the game deep into added time — before being caught cold at the death as Liverpool nicked it 1–0.
Greg Oram is joined by Andrew Cove, Bruce Johnstone and Ross Taylor at 8pm to talk it through properly: how Forest set up, what worked, where the margins were, and how a match that looked like it was drifting toward a point slipped away in the final moments.
We’ll go through the key phases, the big decisions, the performances that stood out — and that late moment that changed the mood completely.

Forest’s season took another sharp turn last night. A frustrating 0–0 draw at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers was followed, within hours, by the sacking of Sean Dyche as head coach of Nottingham Forest. It means yet another managerial change at the City Ground, with Forest still locked in a relegation fight and searching for answers on and off the pitch. Greg Oram and Richard Spray are joind by Paul Morley to break down the Wolves stalemate, the decision to part ways with Dyche, and what comes next for Forest...

Forest face Wolves in what feels like one of the biggest nights of the season.
After the defeat at Leeds, the pressure has grown and the table is tightening. Wolves sit at the bottom, but that only adds to the tension — because these are exactly the games that define whether you stay up or get dragged into a real fight.
No glamour.
No distractions.
Just a must-win at the City Ground.
Greg is joined by Raf and Jamie Martin as they break down the stakes, the likely line-ups, and what Forest have to do to get the three points.
If survival is built on nights like this… this one really matters.

After a difficult fixture against Crystal Palace the Reds looked to get back to winning ways at Elland Road. Unfortunately it was not to be as Forest were unable to take advantage of a golden opportunity to move beyond Leeds in the table.
What went wrong?
What does this mean for Forest moving forward?
Can they regroup?
Joining Richard and Greg is Mark Turner and Ross Taylor as we break this match down and other related topics in our latest match review.

Friday night. Elland Road. Same points. Proper pressure.
Join Greg, Richard, Raf, The Random Pundit and Premier Elliot at 12pm as we preview Leeds United vs Nottingham Forest — a game that feels massive because it is massive.
Both teams go into it level on 26 points, and with the table tightening, this one isn’t about “performances” — it’s about who holds their nerve.
What we’ll cover:
Why this fixture matters for both clubs right now (momentum, margins, mindset)
Forest’s approach under Dyche — structure, game management, and where the goals have to come from
Leeds at Elland Road on a Friday night — intensity, tempo, and what Forest must survive early
Key battles: set-pieces, second balls, transitions, and the midfield fight
Selection headaches and how suspensions/injuries could shape the plan
Leeds come into this after a bruising 4–0 home defeat to Arsenal, while Forest are coming off a gritty 1–1 draw with Crystal Palace where they played a full second half with ten men — so there’s a real question of legs vs adrenaline on the night.
