This EFT meditation is designed for moments of anxiety, mental overwhelm, or when your thoughts feel like they are moving faster than you can keep up. We begin tapping right away and move through 4 intentional rounds, using affirmations that help you recognize what you are feeling, allow it to be there without resistance, and gently guide your mind and body into a calmer, more regulated state.
EFT Tapping works by combining light acupressure with focused awareness. As you tap on specific points, you send signals of safety to the brain, helping to reduce the stress response and regulate the nervous system. This can lower emotional intensity, slow racing thoughts, and create space for clarity without needing to โfixโ anything.
This practice focuses on meeting yourself where you are, letting your body settle naturally, and allowing calm to return on its own - without forcing anything. A perfect way to step out of the cycle of overthinking and back into your body & into the present.

โ๏ธThis practice is one of my recent favorite breathing techniques for calming the nervous system quickly and effectively. The physiological sigh (also known as cyclic sighing) involves two inhales through the nose, followed by a slow extended exhale through the mouth. Itโs a simple yet powerful way to bring your body back into a state of regulation.ย
This is a great practice if youโre feeling anxious, overstimulated, overwhelmed, or just needing to come back into your body.

๐คWe could all use a little more self-love. This sleep meditation is a gentle practice designed to infuse loving, compassionate energy into your being as you drift off to sleep. We begin by settling the breath with a calming 4โ6 breathing pattern, creating a sense of safety and comfort as the nervous system unwinds.
After fifteen minutes of gentle guidance, the practice transitions into soothing โI amโ affirmations, followed by several minutes of calm music to help you drift off to sleep.ย
This meditation helps you release the day, soften into compassion, and naturally drift into sleep.

๐So many of our practices here focus on cultivating specific energy, but this practice is a little different. This is an invitation to sit with yourself, exactly as you are, without guidance, without a specific goal or intention.
Rather than trying to create or shift anything, this space allows you to rest in presence and find comfort within your own inner world.
We begin with a short period of gentle guidance to help you arrive in your body and settle into the moment. From there, youโll be held by music alone for four minutes (no guidance, no instructions) just open space to let this practice become whatever you need it to be. We then close the practice with soft guidance.
This is a practice of pure presence, inviting you to come exactly as you are.
