Dear Shandy is your destination for smart takes on Relationships and Reality TV. Sharleen Joynt and Andy Levine—aka "Shandy"—combine dating advice and reality show recaps for a fun analysis of modern romance.
Sharleen and Andy are two former commitment-phobes who have now been married for over a decade. They don’t believe in fate, soulmates, or The One. So how did they wind up so happily married? Well, they learned the tough dating lessons by living them. Get no-holds-barred, non-judgmental & honest advice from two people who actually have what you want: a fun, blissful partnership.
But wait, there's more! Sharleen is an iconic former Bachelor contestant herself, after all, so she brings her insider knowledge (combined with Andy's hilarious commentary) to deliver what are hands-down the best Reality TV recaps in the business. They even interview reality TV (or reality-adjacent) couples in double-date style episodes called Love Fests! New episodes drop every Thursday, and during TV seasons, twice a week!

FYI Sharlene... Freddie Freeman is partly 🇨🇦⚾
I really enjoy your podcasts! Please do a recap of the reunion show they did on the Bachelor Happyhour podcast/YouTube. I'm surprised this is how the show did it instead of the After the Final Rose type TV they usually do for Bachlorette & Bachelor. Wells was great!
You guys are great! I'd listen to your podcast and, a few days later, watch the same episode on YouTube! Big fan here!
I love the kind and humorous Canadian commentary
I am hooked to this podcast. Love taking my walks and listening to their banter. Very entertaining.

I love this podcast with everything that I am. It's equal parts humorous, entertaining and life-giving. This show is something that makes me more hopeful and optimistic about the world we live in, even during a pandemic. Who knew Andy could be just as great as Sharleen! 😉
I had no idea what DTR meant either haha..feeling old. Loving Dear Shandy so far!
