B-Flow Kayak Sessions explores what it truly means to be in the flow-on the river and in life. Each episode we will hear from kayakers as they share how they found their flow and what flow means today.
We will then hear as they "Run the Rapids" and give us their favorite all time kayaks, rivers, gear, etc. Lastly you will hear them give us their dream final flow as they tell what river they would paddle if they only had one day left on the river.
