In the late '50's, Harley Earl assembled a group of women that helped influence the styling and creativity in General Motors automobiles...even the Corvette! Roy is synonymous with the C2 Corvettes. He was the National Judging Chairman for the NCRS for 17 years. He also started the position at NCRS of Historic Document Services Manager. He is only one of the first seven people to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from the NCRS. He also served as the Engine Stamping and Trim Tag Judge for Bloomington Gold. The National Corvette Restorers Society is embarking on something called the WE Initiative. WE stands for Women's Endeavor. The WE Initiative is designed to show female Corvette enthusiasts what the NCRS is all about and to encourage them to join the organization.
