Roy is synonymous with the C2 Corvettes. He was the National Judging Chairman for the NCRS for 17 years. He also started the position at NCRS of Historic Document Services Manager. The National Corvette Restorers Society is embarking on something called the WE Initiative. WE stands for Women's Endeavor. The WE Initiative is designed to show female Corvette enthusiasts what the NCRS is all about and to encourage them to join the organization.
