Have you ever wondered if the things that didn’t work out… were actually protecting you?In this episode of Sarah’s Thoughts, Sarah Grynberg explores the quiet shift from seeing disappointment as loss to understanding it as something that may not have truly aligned. She reflects on the way we often fall in love with the idea of something, a job, a relationship, an opportunity, and how that imagined version can feel so real that losing it feels like losing something certain.Sarah unpacks why what we grieve is often the story we created, not the full reality we couldn’t yet see. She explores the difference between something that fits and something that requires constant effort to hold together, and how with time, clarity reveals what was once hidden beneath hope and expectation. You’ll learn:Why we attach to the idea of something before fully understanding its realityHow to recognise the difference between alignment and forcing something to workA powerful reframe that shifts disappointment into clarity and self-trustThis episode is an invitation to soften your perspective when things don’t go the way you planned. To allow disappointment without letting it define the meaning of what happened. Because sometimes what falls away isn’t something you lost, it’s something that didn’t fully fit. And the things that are truly right for you won’t need to be forced.Purchase Sarah's book: Living A Life Of Greatness here.To purchase Living A Life of Greatness outside Australia here or here.Watch A Life of Greatness Episodes On Youtube here.Sign up for Sarah’s newsletter (Greatness Guide) here.Purchase Sarah's Meditations here.Instagram: @sarahgrynberg Website: https://sarahgrynberg.com/Facebook: facebook.com/sarahgrynbergTwitter: twitter.com/sarahgrynberg Hosted on Acast. Have you ever stopped to wonder if the point of life isn’t to get it right, but simply to experience it?In this episode of Sarah’s Thoughts, Sarah Grynberg reflects on a poem that has stayed with her for years, Instructions Before Visiting Earth by James McCrae. She speaks to the way we often rush past our own lives, trying to avoid discomfort or fast forward to something better, and how this disconnects us from the very experience we’re here to have. She invites us to soften, to pay attention, and to recognise that both joy and pain are not interruptions, but essential parts of the same story. You’ll learn:Why life is not about getting it right, but allowing yourself to fully experience itHow avoiding discomfort can disconnect you from meaning and presenceThe importance of slowing down and noticing the moments that are already hereThis episode is a gentle reminder that life is fleeting, and that is what gives it depth and meaning. You are not here to perfect it or control it. You are here to feel it, to live it, and to be present within it. Because the beauty of this experience is not found in having all the answers, but in not missing the moments that matter.Purchase Sarah's book: Living A Life Of Greatness here.To purchase Living A Life of Greatness outside Australia here or here.Watch A Life of Greatness Episodes On Youtube here.Sign up for Sarah’s newsletter (Greatness Guide) here.Purchase Sarah's Meditations here.Instagram: @sarahgrynberg Website: https://sarahgrynberg.com/Facebook: facebook.com/sarahgrynbergTwitter: twitter.com/sarahgrynberg Hosted on Acast. Have we really solved the problem of social media and teenagers, or have we simply changed the rules around it?In this episode of Sarah’s Thoughts, Sarah Grynberg reflects on Australia’s social media ban for young people and asks a difficult but important question. Is it actually working? While policies can create boundaries, they cannot remove the deeper human needs driving the behaviour in the first place.Sarah explores how many teenagers are still finding ways around the ban and why this reveals something bigger than a technology issue. Social media is not just about apps or screens. It is about belonging, identity, validation and the powerful fear of being left out. You’ll learn:Why banning platforms does not remove the deeper emotional drivers behind social media useHow comparison, validation and belonging shape both teenage and adult behaviour onlineWhy the real work of helping young people navigate social media still begins at homeThis episode is a reminder that while legislation can start a conversation, it cannot replace the role of families, modelling and honest dialogue. Because the challenge is not just about teenagers or technology. It is about how all of us learn to build self worth, connection and resilience in a world that constantly asks us to compare ourselves to others. And in the end, greatness is not created through control of the outside world. It is built through strength on the inside.Purchase Sarah's book: Living A Life Of Greatness here.To purchase Living A Life of Greatness outside Australia here or here.Watch A Life of Greatness Episodes On Youtube here.Sign up for Sarah’s newsletter (Greatness Guide) here.Purchase Sarah's Meditations here.Instagram: @sarahgrynberg Website: https://sarahgrynberg.com/Facebook: facebook.com/sarahgrynbergTwitter: twitter.com/sarahgrynberg Hosted on Acast. And the uncomfortable reality of chasing greatness when everyone is watching. If you’ve ever questioned whether to keep going, this conversation is for you.Purchase Scotty James's book MOOKi vs The Big ScaryPurchase Sarah's Meditations here. Instagram: @sarahgrynberg  Website: https://sarahgrynberg.com/Facebook: facebook.com/sarahgrynbergTwitter: twitter.com/sarahgrynberg Hosted on Acast. Have you ever noticed how gossip can feel like connection in the moment, but leave something uncomfortable behind afterward? In this episode of Sarah’s Thoughts, Sarah Grynberg explores the psychology of gossip and why it can feel so tempting, even when it doesn’t align with who we want to be. She unpacks how gossip creates a false sense of belonging, offering a quick emotional high while quietly eroding trust and integrity.Sarah introduces the concept of triangulation and explains how bringing a third person into unresolved tension spreads anxiety rather than relieving it. She reflects on how gossip often reveals more about our own insecurities than the person being discussed, and why judgment can feel like control when we are searching for safety. You’ll learn:Why gossip creates connection through exclusion and why that never truly feels good. How triangulation damages relationships in families, friendships and workplaces.Simple shifts that replace judgment with curiosity and build real trust. This episode is an invitation to pause before we speak, to choose compassion over whispers, and to become someone others feel safe around. Because integrity is quiet, powerful, and deeply felt. And when we protect the person who isn’t in the room, we protect the kind of relationships we want to have.Purchase Sarah's book: Living A Life Of Greatness here.To purchase Living A Life of Greatness outside Australia here or here.Watch A Life of Greatness Episodes On Youtube here.Sign up for Sarah’s newsletter (Greatness Guide) here.Purchase Sarah's Meditations here.Instagram: @sarahgrynberg Website: https://sarahgrynberg.com/Facebook: facebook.com/sarahgrynbergTwitter: twitter.com/sarahgrynberg Hosted on Acast. Great questions Sarah (never a short answer with our AW 🤣 love him). I have all his books and listen to them on audio, on repeat. Absolutely L💟ve him and am so grateful for his amazing gift to humanity. I loved hearing a little more of the personal Anthony too, really loved your questioning and was so happy to hear the Covid answer which I have been dying for him to address (even though he didn't 😉) Would love it if you did a podcast focused on the Angels (Medical Medium and Life Changing Foods), would be fascinating to hear more about the spiritual war, I'm waiting for that book. This was my first time listening to your podcast, looking forward to working through your list, you have some of my favourite teachers there. Congratulations on your podcast, I have no doubt you will have a life of greatness. Love Tam

I can't tell you how much I'm loving these talks, they are absolutely inspiring, thank you so much for 'A Life Of Greatness' this talk in particular effected me deeply and gave me much to think about, it's a shame that the podcast sound is so awful if your technicians are able to fix it that would be wonderful and more of 'A Life Of Greatness' please 💛
