Tagalog Discussion: An analysis of the behavioral and organizational fallout that occurs when a visionary leader departs from a traditional establishment. It highlights the conflict between innovative growth and institutional preservation, illustrating how a mission can split into two distinct entities. The visionary represents a "nomadic institution" that retains social capital and agility despite losing physical infrastructure. Conversely, the remaining organization often becomes a "building without a vision," prioritizing safety and history over future-oriented impact.
