I just got off the call from my Threshold Ceremony, and I am just so in my feels. The breakthroughs that came through for these individuals. The power. The embodiment. The transformation was so frickin beautiful. and it reinforced my why... To lead others in finding inner sovereignty to move forward, deeply connected, to play with their lives in their highest light and timeline fulfilling their missions, creations, and legacies on their soul's path. and this reminded me of something else too about why I feel that Reset 7 is becoming a movement. Change happens in community. Not as the lone wolf..as a pack. If I look back on my life, I tried to do things alone when I wanted to change. I wanted to give up alcohol. I wanted to lose the weight. I wanted to FIND myself again after loss. I wanted the foundational power, but I was grasping at things to fill me up from the outside. I was piling s much stuff on top of an already overfull space. and I was trying to change alone, what shifted was when I found people to do it with and that is exactly why RESET 7 exists. Seven days to remove and press pause on our energy drains. To do it in community To have fun while doing it. For anyone who wants to be in this vibe the VIP is still available and the Threshold Ceremony was so powerful. The journey is ON. I have a whole magical map laid out to lead individuals that comes after Reset 7. I won't leave you hanging... but you have to be willing to actually take the step inside. It's $33 until Jan 1st when the price increases. ~M Threshold ceremony is part of the RESET VIP add on Experience and is available for replay.
(Hi everyone! Please excuse my voice for this episode. I have no idea what happened and trying to fic the issue. I sound... well you will see. lol) For those seeking real change—this is for you. I speak both spiritually and practically, because in my experience, power lives at the intersection of the two. Awareness matters. Insight matters. But awareness without implementation doesn't change your life. It just makes you aware of what isn't working. Real change isn't sexy. It's not a single breakthrough moment or a perfect ritual. It's the practice of showing up for yourself again and again—especially when it's inconvenient, imperfect, or humbling. I was reminded of this recently while recording the foundational movement practices for my new free community, Rare Magic. I'll be honest—I almost quit. The recordings weren't landing the way I wanted. They weren't perfect. My nervous system wanted to bail and call it "not the right timing." But then I saw the lesson clearly. Doing something once and expecting it to magically transform you is its own kind of self-sabotage. So is stopping when things don't look how you imagined they would. The work isn't the one-time effort. The work is staying with it long enough for it to change you. When I shifted from "this should already be easier" to "This is a practice I'm willing to stay in," everything softened. That's where real power lives—not in knowing better, but in doing differently. And not alone. Change integrates faster when we're in community. When we let ourselves be witnessed. When we laugh, stumble, and keep going together. That's exactly the spirit behind Reset 7. Reset 7 isn't about fixing yourself. It's about pressing pause on one thing that isn't serving you—and practicing a different choice, daily, in community. We don't aim for perfection. We aim for presence. We make it doable. We make it human. And yes—we have fun while doing it. Because real change doesn't come from intensity. It comes from consistency, awareness plus action, and choosing to stay in the room with yourself. I hope you enjoy this episode that speaks about real change, and know you are worthy of it.

This is for the person who is ready to welcome in more abundance into their life... I made a discovery recently. There was a disconnect in me that I didn't recognize for a long time. In my search to recover my sense of self after loss… to reclaim my fullest expression… my creativity, my playfulness, my joy… and even my intimacy in relationships… I didn't realize that the real disconnection was happening in my body. What I eventually learned was that the foundations of my "home" — my inner home — were the very things guiding me forward. And by foundations, I mean going back to what I was giving myself every day: What I put in my body. The habits I repeated. The patterns I fell into. The way I moved, strengthened, and supported myself. I had to clear what wasn't working. I had to create space. And to even feel clear enough to begin… I needed a reset. I've taken many over the years, and eventually, I discovered what truly works for me: The connection of mind, body, and spirit. Feeling safe in my body — that's what allowed me to receive more, hold more, and welcome more abundance. Releasing what was clouding everything — that's what allowed me to finally hear what my soul had been trying to tell me all along. But for a long time, I couldn't hear it. Not through the drinking. Not through the overeating. Not through the lack of movement, the lack of clarity, the lack of perspective. And that's why I created RESET 7. For the person who knows they're meant to hold more. For the person who already feels the way forward. For the person who understands that we circle back to ourselves again and again — because every rise requires a reminder. RESET 7 is that reminder. That clearing. That recalibration. And it's here for you. We begin Jan 10th.

What are you ready to shed? 🌙 What are you ready to let go of? This season invites us to move away from what no longer feeds our souls — the stories, patterns, and weights we've carried for too long. Some of these are deeper or more hidden than we realize. Recently, someone in my life had the courage to make amends — and it moved me deeply. It took such bravery to face the past, and in doing so, they released the shame that had been heavy on their heart. I share this story in the hopes of offering inspiration and activation for you, too — to move, to make choices, and to shed what no longer serves you. Because when we release, we free up space for grace, freedom, and the fullness of life. That's exactly what my program Home to the Heart creates — a space to come back to yourself and feel the spaciousness that's been waiting for you. ✨ And because my birthday is coming up, I'm gifting a FREE 3-day Masterclass happening October 15th–17th. If you'd like the link when it drops, post me in the comments and I'll send it your way. 💫 And I'd love to know — what are YOU ready to let go of this season? Share it below. Also, Wild Soul Sanctuary October container begins the 27th! Registration is open and ready for the women who is working on empowering herself and finding her true voice. Ready to work together to find the deep connection with self? Let's see if we are a match

Speaking today about what it means to be a Wild Soul and how we need it more than ever. Being a wild soul is not about chaos, recklessness, or abandoning responsibility. It's not about running away from life, numbing your feelings, or living only for extremes. It's not about being loud all the time or forcing your truth onto others. It's not about rejecting structure, community, or support in the name of "freedom." It's not about being perfect, healed, or having it all figured out. And it's definitely not about going it alone. Tune in and see what it means... Soulfully Soberish is a free community I created for the awakening women if you are feeling the call away from alcohol and to explore deeper parts of our souls this may be for you. This week's podcast was sparked by a heartfelt conversation with a close friend—one that made me reflect deeply on how hard it can be to stay connected when our beliefs or politics don't align. It isn't easy to remain in friendship across opposing views. The truth is, it takes patience, compassion, and a willingness to let love be louder than division. For me, grief is the great equalizer. No matter where we stand or what we believe, we all know loss. It humbles us, softens us, and connects us in ways that remind us of our shared humanity. That recognition became an anchor for this episode, along with my core values: honoring truth, rejecting hatred and violence on any side, and choosing to lean into love. In the podcast, I share why these conversations feel so necessary, and I offer a few lighthearted tips for navigating them—including how humor (yes, even speaking in a British accent) can ease tension and open space for connection. And if you're a woman looking for a community where you can be fully seen—where you won't be fixed, judged, or compared—I invite you to join Wild Soul Sanctuary, opening for registration on October 27th. This is a space for healing, reflection, and the kind of soul-deep connection that helps us remember who we really are. My hope is that this episode reminds you: it is possible to bridge differences with compassion, to honor your own truth without shutting others out, and to let love and levity guide the way. The question that plagues us all after loss. Especially when we turn to the treasured path of knowing ourselves, of doing the work of healing and growth. We often lose what we want. We often can't identify it. We often crave what other people have and want it as our own. But what if we already have what we truly wanted... What if we just haven't opened our hearts enough to see it. What if perfectionism is standing in the way? What if the magic is already here?
