We are at the point in the 2025 college football season where the Southeastern Conference could realistically have half of a 12-team College Football Playoff field. Craig and Rob break all of that down, plus coaching openings and comebacks/meltdowns Saturday and the Georgia Bulldogs blow the Horns out and topple Texas yet again.
All of a sudden, the Southeastern Conference could get half of the College Football Field this season. Joy is in Starkville, Miss., where the Georgia Bulldogs waxed the other Bulldogs. Casey from Message Board Geniuses is in the house as usual. We also talk with our Texas Tech expert about happenings in Lubbock and if the Big 12 will be a one-big league again this season.

Auburn is another historically successful college football program that has fallen on hard times of late, including this season, and decided to make a coaching change by firing Hugh Freeze. The next coach of the Tigers will be the program’s fourth coach this decade and it is 2025. Craig and Rob take you through all of it plus review Saturday’s action.
LSU became the second blue blood SEC football program to have a coaching opening prior to November when the Tigers dramatically fired Brian Kelly, handed him (as of now) a $50 million plus buyout and ended his tenure just short of four seasons.
