Description

Sis, we all want to live with purpose, value, strong faith, and productivity—but emotional stress, unresolved conflict, and overwhelm often interrupt our peace and drain our joy.

Organize Emotional Stress with Angela Nicole is a faith-based podcast focused on conflict resolution for Christian women who desire emotional healing, clarity, and a life reframed through God’s truth.

I’m Angela Nicole, BS, MA—a Minister and Conflict Resolution Specialist. In this space, I uplift you, equip you with practical tools, and walk alongside you as your biggest cheerleader in this season of life.

I understand the weight you’re carrying. I’ve done the deep work of unpacking and healing years of pain, trauma, disappointment, and loss. I’ve raised eight children, navigated marriage, and walked faithfully with God through seasons of fear, uncertainty, and growth.

This podcast offers faith-based conflict resolution, emotional stress management, and Christian emotional healing, grounded in prayer and spiritual wisdom. Together, we’ll organize emotional stress, resolve conflict biblically, and cultivate peace, contentment, and renewal.

If you’re ready to grow, heal, and walk in emotional freedom, subscribe and share with a sister—young or seasoned. Meet me here weekly as we grow together.

Blessings,
Angela Nicole

Do you find it hard to keep a positive mindset because your mind is constantly imagining what could go wrong? In this episode, we talk about anticipatory anxiety—that quiet but powerful cycle where your mind rehearses worst-case scenarios that haven’t even happened yet. Maybe you’ve imagined your marriage falling apart, your child making a life-altering decision, or your finances collapsing overnight. These thoughts pull your mind and body into fight-or-flight mode, leaving you emotionally exhausted and spiritually drained. Sis, you are not alone—and there is another way. Together, we explore how to reframe anticipatory anxiety through praise, joy, and fulfillment, instead of fear. I share practical insight, faith-based encouragement, and a gentle invitation to step out of survival mode and back into peace. If your thoughts often run ahead of your life, this conversation will help you slow them down, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with God’s truth over your mind. ✨ You don’t have to live bracing for impact. Peace is possible—even before circumstances change. Next Steps / Invitation: If this episode resonated with you, I invite you to join my workshop Organize Emotional Stress & Conflict, where I guide you through a 3-part process to identify your major stressors, uncover what’s really bothering you, and create a clear plan to move forward with hope and relief. 📅 February 21, 2026 | Zoom | 9–12 PST 🌐 Visit organizeyourstress.com to sign up 📧 Email me at Angela@organizeyourstress.com  If you want to know more about my Powerful story for further understanding of my why, grab my book, Assassination Assignment, from Amazon. I want you to see worship as medicine.  It has no co-pay or bill attached to it. It searches our hearts, and in God's presence, we are exposed. Not to shame us but to cover and fill us. Worship is Therapy. I know I am making bold statements; they are true. In today's episode, you will hear lyrics from my favorite Gospel artist, Fred Hammond. Choose worship instead of worry. Choose faith over fear and anxiety. God wants to set His gaze on your face. This is life-changing. Try Worship. Get your joy back, feel purpose, Calm overwhelm, and restore creativity.  These are your benefits, to name a few.  In the meantime, here is a link to my next workshop, Organize Emotional Stress and Conflict. . We have an enemy that loves to attack and throw us off when we feel stressed. One of the ways he does this is with anxiety. When we reach the point from normal stress to full-on worry, the enemy is almost always lurking in the cut. We must recognize him, pay attention to our patterns, and learn how to catch it quickly before we get sucked into worry. This episode gives us 3 responses to this anxiety attack.  As always, your review helps me reach the first few pages of the Apple Podcast. There are many times in life when relationships don't go well. This is particularly true when it comes to our moms. We do not have to stay in a place of pain and heartache or disappointment. It is time to heal so we can move on with life in an emotionally healthy way.  In this episode, I share my two non-negotiables when it comes to healing emotional wounds. We do not have to, and if I have a say so we will not walk around hurting, unhealed, and disappointed in life because of the unhealthy parenting we were exposed to. This is not a judgment of our moms. It is saying enough and it is time for me to move on and heal so that I can show up in life the way God truly intended. Looking forward to connecting with you.  As always, your review helps me reach the first few pages of the Apple Podcast.
