This episode is a truly special one. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of visiting Gloria in her nursing home and listening to the stories of her life. Now at 98 years old, Gloria has lived a life deeply devoted to God, marked by faithfulness through every season. In this episode, I share some of the moments, wisdom, and reflections she has generously passed on to me over time—stories shaped by decades of trust, perseverance, and grace. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen, and be encouraged by a life well lived in faith.

As we step into 2026, our first pursuit is fellowship, deep intimacy and communion with our Creator so we can clearly understand what we were created for in this season. When we seek Him first, clarity follows, and the goals we set are shaped by heaven, not pressure. This year is about devotion over desperation, surrender over striving, and holiness over hustle. We’re choosing to remain connected to the divine vine, because when our goals are born from God’s presence, we walk in divine design not self-driven ambition.

This Christmas, God is calling us back—not to the tinsel, the lights, the busyness, or even the traditions but to the Person at the centre of it all: Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the world. We each journey through valleys and stand upon mountaintops, discovering God’s faithfulness in the shadows as well as the light. Life is a sacred path shaped by trials and triumphs, and in this episode, I sit down with my sister, Jo-Ellen, to reflect on her story how the Lord walked beside her in the depths and carried her to the heights, proving His presence in every step of her journey.

And I couldn’t think of anyone better to have this conversation with than the two people who helped build my own foundation of faith, my parents Ken and Frances Wigglesworth. We’re going to share stories and a few laughs, about what it really means to live out faith as a family, to pass on values through generations, and to see God’s hand at work in the everyday moments of life. “Let their bountiful table become a snare, a trap that makes them think all is well. Let their blessings cause them to stumble and let them get what they deserve" Rom 11:9 NLT This verse caused me to pause and ask how a bountiful table can become a snare. Paul reminds us how even the blessings God gives, the things that should draw us closer to Him, can become traps when our hearts drift away. So, take a grab your coffee, pull up a seat and open your heart as we walk through this verse together. Sometimes the hardest passages reveal the most beautiful truths.

Sitting across the table from Teya is her husband Brett, her best friend, partner in life and ministry and the one who encouraged her to bring this Podcast to life. Together, they share their journey through the highs and valleys of marriage and faith, reflecting on Jesus' first miracle at the table, 'turning the water into wine', and how He's done the same in their lives. This honest, faith filled conversation is a beautiful reminder that Jesus still pours new wine into our marriage, families and legacies today. He doesn't just fill what's empty, He transforms it.

So, why the table? When you look at the life of Jesus, He spent so much time around the table — eating, talking, connecting with people from every kind of background. It wasn’t just about the food; it was about relationship. Around the table, people met Jesus, and their lives were changed. And that same invitation is open to us today — to come to the table. To slow down. To share a meal, a story, a laugh. And in those moments, to truly encounter Jesus together in a real and lasting way.
