Description

Welcome to Wise and Well-thy, the podcast where entrepreneurship meets whole-self wellness. Hosted by Emily Gozy of Nourished with Emily, Allison Graff of Your Mindful Health Coach, and Ebony Unique of Unique Consults, this show explores what it really takes to build a business without losing yourself in the process.

Here’s how it works: each of us will host solo episodes with a guest—fellow entrepreneurs who are making an impact while staying grounded, wise, and well-thy. You’ll get three guest episodes in a row before all three of us come back together in the studio for a roundtable conversation on a topic that matters to every business owner.

Along the way, you’ll not only get to know us, but also meet inspiring members of our community, hear what they’re great at, and learn their strategies for success and sustainability.

Whether you’re growing your business, your well-being, or both, Wise and Well-thy will keep you inspired, connected, and reminded that taking care of you is part of the work.

In this episode, Allison chats with Caitlyn Cayea, the owner of Enso Design Studio, an intuitive hair and styling experience rooted in authenticity, presence, and care. Caitlyn inherited a long-standing salon from her family, and as a new mother and business owner, she faced challenges most of us can’t even imagine—navigating toxic staff, a major renovation, a global pandemic, and the pressures of stepping into a legacy all at once. But Caitlyn didn’t just survive—she transformed her space, her approach, and herself. From creating a salon that feels like a sanctuary, to building an inclusive environment for clients of all backgrounds, Caitlyn has learned to trust her intuition, honor boundaries, and listen deeply to her body and energy. She’s not only a stylist but an empath, healer, and guide, helping her clients reconnect with themselves as much as their hair.In this conversation, we’ll hear about Caitlyn’s journey of resilience, the lessons she’s learned from letting go of what no longer serves, and how she’s creating a business—and a life—that feels alive, balanced, and deeply real. So, get ready to pause, breathe, and step into a story of courage, care, and mindful transformation.Learn more or book your appointment at www.caitlyncayea.com.Enso Design Studio is located within Color Theory X The Collective at 722 W Manlius St, East Syracuse, NY.
