Description

I’ve created The Builders Podcast for those of us who know there is more to life than where we are right now but aren’t 100% sure what that looks like. My journey and experiences thus far have taught me that there is no blueprint for a ‘perfect’ life but there is a blueprint to build a beautiful life that you love and are proud of. I hope that this podcast inspires not to set limits when it comes to building your life.

You don’t need to be a fitness person to live an active life.In this episode of The Builder’s Blueprint, we talk about building an active routine that fits your real life — not gym culture, not all-or-nothing thinking, but simple movement that helps you feel better, clearer, and more alive.I share reflections from quitting social media and starting 75 Hard, why movement isn’t about punishment or aesthetics, and how to build activity into the life you already have.
In this episode I am talking about the trends that will define the personal development world in 2026. From the rise of hyper-personalised wellness, to emotional intelligence becoming a highly sought after attribute — the self-development landscape is evolving. I’ll also share some of the things on my vision board. For me 2026 is not about chasing trends, it’s about building the systems, habits, and relationships that make long-term transformation inevitable!I hope to enjoy Love G xxJoin me on socials @thebuildersblueprintt Enjoy the content? In this final episode of the Trauma & the Human System series, I'm breaking down how trauma shapes the behaviours we live with today and the future we’re able to build. Trauma doesn’t just live in the past. It influences how we cope, how we protect ourselves, how we connect, and how we imagine what’s possible for our future self.I hope you enjoy G xx
In this episode of The Builders Blueprint, we explore how trauma and difficult experiences shape the brain and the brain functions and behaves. Trauma isn’t only major events, many everyday experiences can alter regions of the brain that affect memory, emotional regulation, and our sense of safety. We unpack why triggers and flashbacks occur, how the brain learns to expect the worst, and how these patterns can show up even if you don’t identify with the word trauma. We also discuss how trauma reshapes core beliefs and what this means for healing. I hope you enjoy Love G xx
In this episode, I am talking about what actually happens to the body when we experience trauma. A life toolkit is similar to a builders toolkit, it is a collection of tolls and other useful equipment you can use throughout your life. Your life toolkit is a long term investment you add and take from which becomes the supporting foundations of your life.
