**THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE**

Are you sick of trying diet after diet and NOT losing weight?

Do you wish you could quit diet culture BUT also find a solution to getting your body back WITHOUT thinking about food and calorie counting all day?

Do you spend hours googling easy workouts, but then have no time to do them because your motivation only goes so far?

There's a biblical way to lose weight, so you can be present with your family, enjoy meal prep and eating in balance without shame and calorie counting.

Hey there friend, I'm Lindy Schlabach, Christian Fitness & Nutrition Coach, encourager and friend. I gained 100 pounds in my late twenties and struggled for years to get it off. Seven years ago I found a basic system that worked and has helped me lose over 90 of those pounds. I’ve been working with women in online fitness and nutrition ever since.

In this podcast, I'll teach you how to:

• Lose Weight in a Way that honors God without obsessing about the scale
• Meal Plan and Prep for Your Family
• Follow a MACRO based plan that allows you to eat the foods you love.
• Recognize and pray through triggers keeping you stuck.
• I’ll help you Plan your week and schedule your self-care time.
• Cultivate a spirit of self-discipline in your workouts you actually enjoy.

It's time to give God your health journey and watch Him make you new, from the inside, OUT. You’ve got this sister, now go grab your pre-workout or third coffee like me and let’s chat!

XX, Lindy

Then Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The tempter came to him and said, “If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread.” Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ Then the devil took him to the holy city and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son o...

“So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free.” John 8:36 We read Matthew 6: 16-18 last week, but I think it's an important reminder. “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 1so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your F...

But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees wh...
“No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who are trained by it. Therefore, strengthen your feeble arms and weak knees. Make level paths for your feet, so that the lame may not be disabled, but rather healed.” Hebrews 12:11-12 “This is what the Lord says: ‘Stop at the crossroads and look around. “For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world.” Ephesians 6:12 When identity is secure in Christ: We seek Him and not sugar. Maybe I’m very lucky, but usually I lose weight without problems if I need to. I eat enough to stay in the same shape. But my friend has issues with excess weight and gains quickly. Right now she follows a meal plan she made through the unimeal app. There’s a paid subscription, but if you want to cancel, it won’t be a problem https://unimeal.com/refund-policy. I really hope now she’ll manage not just to lose weight for a while, but to build new eating habits and follow a plan that doesn’t make her want to break down on her favorite chocolate.
