Erik Barnes was a 2024 PGA Tour member when he started having driver troubles. With each passing week, his misses worsened until he had difficulty keeping his ball in play. Last season, he missed all his cuts on the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour and hit a low point. He decided to rebuild his golf swing and last week at the Puerto Rico Open, he made the cut and finished in the top-25.
