Could it be that the Christmas story started far earlier than we think? In our new series, “His Name Shall Be Called,” Pastor Joakim Lundqvist reminds us that Jesus didn’t just show up in Bethlehem—He’s been present since the very beginning. From Old Testament encounters to ancient prophecies, Scripture has been pointing to who Jesus really is all along: our Wonderful Counselor and the One who still brings wonder into our lives today.
What if the roadblocks in your life are actually invitations to grow? To conclude our “How Not to Ruin Your Life” series, Pastor Daniel unpacks the everyday attitudes that hold us back and the simple wisdom that helps us grow. With practical insight and plenty of grace, he invites us to trade pride and stubbornness for the humility and wisdom that move our lives forward.
In a world where friendships can feel surface-level or easily disposable, Proverbs reminds us what true, life-giving relationships can look like. Continuing our “How Not to Ruin Your Life” series, Lisa Harper shares how the right relationships can shape our character, strengthen our faith, and steady us through every season.
What if the secret to a better life is giving more away? Scripture tells us generosity doesn’t hinder us—God can use it to grow us and bless others. Continuing our “How Not to Ruin Your Life” series, Pastor Daniel reminds us that when we pour out our time and gifts for others, God promises to refresh us and lead us into a truly abundant life.
What’s the difference between intelligence and wisdom? One fills our minds but the other guides our life. In the first message of our “How Not to Ruin Your Life” series, Pastor Daniel Floyd shares a breakdown of what a life of true wisdom looks like and the pitfalls we can avoid when we put God first.
We weren’t born to sit on the sidelines—we were made to serve! Concluding our “Made for More” series, Pastor Daniel unpacks how God has uniquely gifted each believer through the Holy Spirit to make a difference. When we discover our spiritual gifts and lovingly use them to glorify Jesus, we can find the joy and purpose we were made for.
“Made for Worship” by Pastor Daniel Floyd October 19, 2025 Did you know you were made for more than just getting through the day? Pastor Daniel continues our “Made for More” series by reminding us that true worship transforms us so we can enjoy the abundant life Jesus promised. As we praise God with our mouths, our actions, and our hearts, we step into our purpose and the life God designed for us all along.
What does it mean to live on mission for Jesus? Joakim Lundqvist continues our “Made for More” series with an empowering reminder that sharing the truth of the gospel is not merely accomplished through our words but in the way we live, the seeds we plant, and the refining we can grow through. When our minds are set on Jesus, our lives can have a greater impact on the world for the kingdom.
God desires a life of fulfillment for us, but what does that mean? Kicking off our “Made for More” series, Pastor Daniel teaches we were never meant to journey through this life alone. As believers, it’s part of our calling to forge healthy, godly relationships with those around us. Find out how God can equip you to have “more” with Him and the people He’s placed in your life!
In a world constantly searching for “more,” how can we be truly content? Pastor Daniel concludes our “Happy, but Hollow” series by teaching us that genuine contentment comes from both natural and supernatural work. We must learn contentment by living within limits and fuel it through gratitude, but Jesus completes the work. When our confidence is rooted in Him, we can be content whatever the circumstance.
What if joy wasn’t something you stumbled into, but something you could actually choose every day? Pastor Joakim Lundqvist continues our “Happy, but Hollow” series by showing us daily choices we can make to experience God’s endless supply of joy. These choices bring lasting peace and the fullness of joy, no matter our circumstances.
When the world around looks darkest, how do we find our way to joy? Pastor Daniel continues our “Happy, but Hollow” series by teaching from Paul’s example in Philippians. He reminds us that joy doesn’t come from our earthly credentials or circumstances but in remembering we are chosen by God, redeemed, and called for a purpose.
What if joy isn’t something you find, but something you live out? Pastor Daniel continues our “Happy, but Hollow” series and encourages us to rediscover true joy by following Christ’s example of humility—shifting the focus off ourselves and fully trusting God’s work in us. When we choose gratitude over grumbling and allow God to renew us, we reflect His light and display His love in a dark world.
What’s the secret to unshakeable joy? In our new series Happy, but Hollow, Pastor Daniel teaches about the “Barriers of True Joy.” Real joy isn’t about having perfect circumstances—it’s about how you see them, what you’re living for, and whom you’re trusting. Even amidst hardships, we can live with joy, humility, and a steadfast faith in Christ!
Did you know Jesus has us on a mission? And it has to do with His heart for every person in every nation. We’re celebrating God’s heart for the nations with Global Impact Weekend and an incredible reminder from Pastor Daniel as he concludes our Let’s Go series on evangelism. Jesus came to seek and save the lost—and we’re invited to join Him! Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we can share the gospel and make disciples from our neighborhoods to the nations. God’s story is still unfolding, and He’s ...
What does it mean to lead well? In Pastor Daniel Floyd’s first message as our new lead pastor, he unpacks four commitments he is making to the Gateway family: to love us deeply, protect us faithfully, help us grow in our walks with the Lord, and lead us with humility and integrity. Drawing from 1 Peter 5 and other powerful Scriptures, Pastor Daniel invites us to discover what following the Great Shepherd’s example looks like.
Is Israel still central to God’s plan? Pastor David Blease continues our “Let’s Go” series by sharing how God’s heart for the Jewish people echoes throughout the Scriptures and continues today. Just like male and female are united but distinct in marriage, Jew and Gentile are united in Jesus—each with a unique role. As Gentile believers, we’re called to love, honor, and point Israel back to their Messiah.
What if the key to reaching others with the love of Jesus is waiting just outside your comfort zone? In our new series Let’s Go, Charlotte Gambill invites us to move beyond what’s comfortable and step into action. Using the story of the good Samaritan, she shows how we’re called to love with compassion, build real connections, and stay committed to helping others, even when it costs us something. It’s a reminder that following Jesus isn’t passive—it’s a go-and-do kind of life.
What is baptism really all about? Water baptism is a way of going public with your faith—an outward sign of the inner change Jesus has made in your life. When you’re baptized, you’re saying, “I belong to Him.” It doesn’t save you, but it boldly shows you’re all in—living a new life in Christ and identifying with His death, burial, and resurrection.
“What is my purpose in life?” So many people are searching to answer this question. What if your purpose isn’t just found in who you are—but also in who you’re with? Pastor Joakim continues the Pillars series, exploring how we are created in the image of a God who invites us to live fully as individuals and as part of a community. From your personal salvation and calling to the collective strength and formation of the Church, both the “me” and the “we” are essential to a balanced, Spirit-led ...

this one is in Spanish. will you be uploading it in English as well?
I love this group of sermons. I have found myself relistening to them a few times through. I have typed the preacher's notes, as well as, a few of my own that LORD GOD has reviled to me... And HE keeps showing me higher places in y'all teachings. Thank y'all so much foe being on CastBox. I tried the app, but it freezes on me after a few sermons in a row. I live in the middle of nowhere, I don't drive (to scared), so its hard for me to get to church. With y'all on here i don't have to miss LORD GOD, JESUS CHRIST, or the HOLY SPIRIT'S Amazing treasures for the soul. Thank y'all.
For once, some responsible teaching on the benefits of church attendance. For too long have believers been saying that a person is somehow "less than" a Christian unless they go to church. Church attendance does not DEFINE a person's salvation, it is a by-product of it.
More quality teaching from Robert today. The Christian faith experience is not an excuse to live passively. We do have a part to play.
"It's beyond you" - The whole point and purpose of life is to not try and do it yourself because it won't work. No man, or woman, is an island.
"God is 💯%, all the time." 👏☺️
This is a relevant message for me. I was hurt really badly by the people at the last church I went to. Big surprise I know, as none of us are perfect. Yet it doesn't make me feel in a position to return to church, if I'm honest. The culture was vastly unhealthy to me and ended up costing me severely in my mental health. All the steps since then I've taken have been designed to repair my wellbeing slowly and steadily so as to safeguard it from happening again. I know that there's a home for me somewhere else and I'm sure that, in time, I'll find it.
Thank you for your teaching today. We can WANT to change all we like, but unless God authorises the change, we are trying out of our own efforts and thus are doomed to failure. Let's not be like that and instead look to God as our safety and security and learn to follow Him as a priority.
Wowww, amazing. Powerful Message.
Thank you, Pastor Jimmy, for your teaching today. Our perception of God limits our freedom as long as we view Him as angry, mean and out for vengeance. We need to flip the script and start reminding ourselves, and each other, that His anger lasts only whilst we are unsaved, yet His favour lasts a lifetime upon conversion. We are highly favoured and deeply loved by our Heavenly Father!
An excellent reminder of the grace of God today, Pastor Jimmy. I particularly liked how you said along the lines of how truth without grace is cruel and grace without truth is meaningless. This is something that I am challenged by so much as I remember to show grace to people who wrong me because that's exactly what Jesus has done for me.
As a matter of fact I would rather have heard everyone cry than laugh. It is better to go to the house of mourning, than to go to the house of feasting: for that is the end of all men; and the living will lay it to his heart. Ecclesiates 7:2
I'm sorry, but just because someone gets their face blown off, it doesn't justify telling so many jokes about a tragic mishap in a battle. What about the other guys who never made it home? I think a more solmn discussion about the way you made it out alive would be more suitable.
Thank you, Pastor Jimmy, for your message today. I am inspired to continue developing a gracious attitude towards myself and those around me in order to ensure I leave behind grace and mercy in every conversation I have.
Thank you, Pastor Jimmy, for your words today on the peace of God. I am so very thankful for the peace of God as it encourages me to sleep in the storm just like Jesus did when in the boat with His disciples!
I wish that they prayer at the end of service had not been cut off. I think that would have been a wonderful blessing for listeners.
Thank you, Pastor, for your powerful teaching today. I want to practice saying yes to God more because His provision is more infinitely important than all that this world can offer me anymore.
Thank you Pastor for your biblical teaching today. Let us take steps towards God as we realise that pride gets in the way of living with a humble heart.
This is titled incorrectly. This is the Stubbornness of Pride. The Deception of Pride hasn't been uploaded yet but it's on Youtube.
Powerful message indeed.
