Ever notice how you can end a day feeling completely drained but not actually closer to your goals? In this week's episode, Steph gets brutally honest about the sneakiest way capable people avoid their own potential. After working harder in 2025 to simply repeat her 2024 revenue, she realized something profound: her brain had been rewarding the feeling of busyness over meaningful progress. This isn't about shaming yourself for being busy. It's about understanding why magnetism comes fro...
If you've ever felt like you're spinning your wheels, working hard but not making meaningful progress, this episode is going to feel like a lightbulb moment. In this final episode of 2025, Steph shares the pattern she's been seeing with clients: the confusion that comes from skipping the first decision. You're not stuck because you're unmotivated. You're stuck because you haven't defined your direction. This conversation is a must-listen if you've ever thought: "I don't know what to focus on ...
In this episode, Steph shares a conversation that completely shifted her perspective on success. An $8K client told her that seeing Steph sledding in her bathrobe while running a multiple six-figure company was what sold her on working together. Why? Because most of us believe that bigger business means less freedom, more sacrifice, and no time for what matters most. Steph breaks down why this belief is keeping us small. She reveals how growing her business actually made life easier, not hard...

In this behind-the-scenes episode, Steph pulls back the curtain on her most recent launch and shares exactly how she packed her virtual room without the usual hustle. In this week's episode, Steph delivers a fiery hot take that's been brewing all year: the dangerous trend of "pitchfork marketing" and how it's keeping brilliant women small, scared, and self-doubting. Steph breaks down how this anti-coach rhetoric has become an attention strategy that ironically does more harm than the "predators" it claim...
If you want consistent revenue in 2026 but keep hitting the same plateau, this episode is your wake-up call. I love this episode. great information!
wow I can't even believe how useful and we'll timed this convo was for me!
Wow I learned so much from Steph and her guest on this episode. There's no fluff at all, just two pros cutting to the chase and offering helpful advice. I gotta admit that I haven't listened to the Courage and Clarity podcast before because I thought that it was for women and wouldn't speak to me, but I'm glad I gave it a go because my assumption was very incorrect.
