I loved listening to this podcast! Dr. Alice Hoyt is amazing! I never knew about how the food industries with their labels have become so negligent due to covid. I also never knew all the information about the difference between labels that say may have been manufactured in a building that contains such and such vs may have been manufactured on a piece of equipment that may contain such and such. This podcast was so informative and really kept my interest and really taught me a lot and I really enjoyed listening to it. I have family members with food allergies and this brought me really into perspective into what they have to go through on a daily basis. I look forward to listening to your next podcast!
