Progress doesn’t always come from doing more. Sometimes it comes from making things simpler. If nutrition feels harder than it should — start here.
Quick Thursday Check in
Wednesday doesn’t feel exciting. That doesn’t mean it isn’t working.
By Tuesday, a lot of people start doubting themselves. They’re asking: ‘Am I doing enough?’ ‘Should I be doing more?’ ‘Should I be taking apple cider vinegar as well?’ Here’s what I see after years of coaching — the people who make progress aren’t doing everything. They’re just repeating a few simple things consistently. If you’ve moved a bit, eaten reasonably, and shown up in some way already this week? Keep going. Most people fail in January because they take on too much.
Mondays don’t need motivation. They need clarity. Decide the one thing that makes this week a win 💪 then let everything else be extra.
Adverts everywhere for collagen supplements to help menopause symptoms?
Why should I take vitamin D? Grey. Cold. Wet. Most people own vitamin D… They just forget to take it. This is your reminder. Easy win on a Friday for you 😀💪
Is it me or does Thursday have a funny way of making people feel behind? You’re not. You don’t need a reset — just show up today and keep going, even if you’re behind, even if you’re not motivated, and even if it’s not perfect 😀 One small win today still moves things forward

How long should I workout for?
How many steps should I do per day?
What’s the best time to workout?
I don't know if l'll hit this goal. But I do know this: having something to work towards makes the busier, boring, or more stressful days easier to show up for. And that's usually where progress actually happens. Worth remembering in January. www.FruciFit.com Fruci Fit personal training for women 40+
“I don’t think it’s the right time. I’m not ready”. These were the words I said last Summer. I’m so glad I did it anyway as there’s no way I could do it right now 🫣 sometimes you don’t realise how ready you are until you start. That’s how you build habits. Starting

January doesn’t need a big promise. It needs one simple habit you can repeat even on days you don’t feel like it. Start small. Stay consistent. Do it even on your busiest most stressful days, when you really don’t want to. Everything else comes later.
