The Final Word: Heart Advice on Buddhist Practice stream of the Lama Pema Podcast features conversations with senior Dharma practitioners and teachers. The series explores a simple but profound question: “If you were at the end of your life, what essential practice advice would you offer to students of the Buddha Dharma?” Each episode offers an opportunity for deeply personal reflection on what truly matters in practice: the distilled wisdom that sustains realization and compassion when everything else falls away.
