The Georgian Surrogacy Podcast was initially created by two Australian Mum’s who navigated the complicated world of doing surrogacy in Tbilisi, Georgia during Covid in 2020.
Created to offer information, support, and their own experiences; the podcast covers different stages, options, tips, information and processes to navigate through the world of international surrogacy in the wonderful country of Georgia.
You'll hear from special guests with their own stories, Dr's, Coordinators, Industry updates, and lots more topics as the landscape continues to change.
Hosted by Liz Tripodi, a multi award winning Arts, Music and Business Leader of 30 years who had been on the road to parenting for 13 years before the safe arrival of twin girls in 2020 in Georgia.
Liz is the founder of online surrogacy support groups for the past 7 years, an author of a surrogacy journal and also joined the team at Chachava Clinic in Georgia as the International Coordinator in 2024 supporting and advocating for safe surrogacy and helping couples right around the world achieve their dreams.

Surrogacy in Georgia has become popular due to its accessibility and legal transparency https://nccconline.org/blog/article/surrogacy-in-geaorgia. The country has a clear legal framework that supports the rights of all parties - parents, surrogate mothers and children. The procedure is carried out in accordance with Georgian legislation, and most clinics offer comprehensive reproductive medicine services. Georgia is also known for its affordable prices compared to other countries. For more detailed information on the process and conditions of surrogacy in Georgia, I recommend visiting the NCCConline website.
Hello! I am interested in the surrogacy process in Georgia and would like to know more about the legal aspects and requirements. What documents and conditions are required to conclude an agreement with a surrogate mother? What rights and obligations do both parties have? How is the legal registration of parental rights carried out? I would be grateful for detailed information and recommendations on the best clinics and agencies in this process.
