What do you do when your heart says, “I’m not enough”… or when it stops feeling anything at all? Today, as we continue our Likeness series in 1 John 3, we’re exploring how we can have an assured, confident, and Spirit-led faith. Come discover the rest and confidence found in Him!
Growing in Christ-likeness is not merely "trying to be a nicer person", it's looking at the love of Christ until that love becomes yours. Join us as we discover from 1 John 3 what looking at Christ means and how, through it, He makes us kinder.
We’ve been on a journey through 1 John, seeing how this book gives us multiple perspectives on what genuine followers of Jesus look like — those who believe rightly, obey God, and love others. Today, we continue with Chapters 2 and 3, exploring how followers of Jesus reflect the Heavenly Father because they are His children. Join us as we uncover how being children of God shapes who we are and how we live.
What does it really mean to live in Jesus? It’s easy to say we want to follow Him, but holding on to Him can be tricky when the world is full of competing voices. So how do we actually stay connected to Him and all that we’ve already received in Christ through the Spirit? Come explore with us as we dig into 1 John 2:18-27!

He will be sharing from 1 John 2:12-17, on what it means to have assurance in God and obedience to God.Whether you're new here or a long-time member, we hope today's message encourages you and reminds you of who we are in Christ and what we have in Him!
We continue on our Likeness series on 1 John with the second chapter. 1 John is pastoral with our Heavenly Father's heart. It's not primarily to call out the fakes, but to assure believers of their genuine faith. As we continue in our Likeness series through 1 John, we see the heart of the Father. The letter is not primarily to call out the fake, but to assure His children of their genuine faith. What are the characteristics of a genuine Christian? What are the marks of a true Christian? Let’s turn to God and His Word together
The truth is, not everyone who looks like a Christian or even calls themselves one is truly in Christ. So how can we tell the difference? As we continue our Likeness series on the Book of 1 John, we’ll dive into 1 John 1:5–10, where John gives us clear markers of what it really means to be in Christ and to walk in His light. Come ready to be encouraged, challenged, and reminded of what true fellowship with Jesus looks like!
Being a Christian means living like Jesus. In this new series on 1 John, we’ll see how this letter paints a compelling picture of Christlikeness — marked by purity, truth, and sacrificial love. It calls us to a life that rejects sin, obeys God’s commands, and clings to Jesus in faith, shaping us to reflect His heart to the world. True likeness to Christ begins with true fellowship in Christ. Today, we look at 1 John 1:1–4 to discover what that means.
Sunday Sermon | Peter Tsukahira | FCC Online by Faith Community Church (Perth)
Blessed Father's Day to all our amazing fathers and father figures! Today, we unpack a familiar story in the Bible that Jesus tells about a particular father–a good father. Stick around as we hear from a panel of fathers from our church, sharing their lessons, challenges, and stories of God’s goodness in their journey of fatherhood. We hope you have a blessed service!
We’ve come to the final song in the Songs of Ascents—Psalm 134, the Psalm of Arrival. This psalm describes the destination of their grand pilgrimage, the finishing line of their great journey. It presents a joyful vision of what all who finally arrive can anticipate. Join us as we explore these two things and what they mean for us!
We often think of drawing close to God as a personal, private journey—just you and Him. And there’s truth in that. But Psalm 133 reminds us that growing closer to God also invites us to grow closer to one another. As we reflect on this Psalm, let’s ask ourselves: If we’re drawing nearer to God, are we also drawing nearer to His people? Come and discover the blessing of unity in this next part of our Closer series.

Slavery might not be a familiar concept for most of us, yet the Psalmist found it important enough to write about—and God considered it important enough to include in Scripture.
