Welcome back to the Homeward podcast. In today's episode, I'm joined by Celi Arias for a deeply real conversation about what it takes to build a healthy, sustainable business in a world that's constantly selling you a formula. Celi and I talk about the urgency of this moment- how fast technology is moving, how easy it is to get swept up in the "quick win" hype- and why learning the actual rules of business can be one of the most regulating, empowering things you ever do. We dig into right-sizing your business around the life you want, the difference between borrowed strategies and aligned strategy, and the sneaky ways self-judgment keeps entrepreneurs stuck, especially when you're trying to figure out something new and convincing yourself you "should" already know how to do it. Celi shares her journey from scrappy, immigrant entrepreneurship to building a framework (and software) designed to help people succeed without copy-pasting someone else's blueprint, and we close with an edgy question that will help you identify the "one thing" in your business you're afraid to change… and why that might be the exact place your next level is hiding. I can't wait for you to listen. Welcome back to the Homeward podcast. In our final episode of 2025, I'm dropping us right into the heart of the work: the frequency we repeatedly choose becomes the reality we live in. In this conversation, we explore the main premise, the core belief system that acts as the operating system for your entire life and business. I share how my relationship to money shaped every major decision in my journey and how choosing a new identity is what unlocks a new reality. If you've been straddling the line between what you've always known and the life you really want, this episode is your invitation to turn up the thermostat, shift the story, and step into the frequency of who you're becoming. Welcome back to the Homeward podcast.  I am honored to share today's conversation with the incredibly wise + paradigm-shifting David Bedrick.  David Bedrick, JD, Dipl. PW, is a teacher, counselor, and attorney. He grew up in a family marked by violence. While his father's brutality was physical and verbal, his mother's denial and gaslighting had its own covert power. This formative context introduced David early to the etiology of shame and instilled an urge to unshame. Professionally, he was on the faculty for the University of Phoenix and the Process Work Institute in the U.S. and Poland and is the founder of the Santa Fe Institute for Shame-based Studies where he trains therapists, coaches and healers and offers workshops for individuals to further their own personal development. David writes for Psychology Today and is the author of three books: Talking Back to Dr. Phil: Alternatives to Mainstream Psychology and Revisioning Activism: Bringing Depth, Dialogue, and Diversity to Individual and Social Change. His new book is You Can't Judge a Body by Its Cover: 17 Women's Stories of Hunger, Body Shame and Redemption. Today's conversation serves as its own masterclass in unshaming. You'll hear David help me tease out my own inner critic and walk us through the unshaming process to find the flower (the gift) in our pain.  I can't wait for you to listen.  Links Mentioned:  Order The Unshaming Way: https://a.co/d/dYTwNa7 Learn more on David's website: https://www.davidbedrick.com/  Follow him over on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/david.bedrick/    Tag me in your big shifts + takeaways: @amberlilyestrom Did you hear something you loved here today?! Welcome back to the Homeward podcast.  In today's conversation I'm sharing what I learned over the weekend after a pretty serious hack attempt on an old account, and what it opened for me as a lesson underneath.  Plus, I talk truth about the words: if the dream is in you, it's for you. How it isn't just a nice phrase, how it's the ultimate truth, and why you must trust that knowing in you + walk toward it with all your power. Nobody can do it like you can.  I can't wait for you to listen.    Links Mentioned:  Join me for a free masterclass: The Right-Sized Revolution on Tuesday, September 23rd Book your Breakthrough Call today!   Tag me in your big shifts + takeaways: @amberlilyestrom Did you hear something you loved here today?!
