get to know us in our first episode as we get vulnerable, talking about our own experiences with toxic relationships and friendships. we discuss mental health issues in gen z and how social media impacts our mental health. we use our personal experiences to showcase the negative effect of both avoidant and anxious attachment styles while talking about our own faults and how we can be better.
