Xbox stupidly increased their pricing. EA has been sold to the Saudis and Jared Kushner for a ton of money and is going private. Is that good? Is that bad?
Sony's State of Play dropped today and we're HYPED on Wolverine! Pez has had a lot of time with Borderlands 4 and has some thoughts about it.

Gamescom is live and there were some huge announcements! We're going to talk about the ones that really excited us. NHL 26 dropped some juicy Be a Pro news and we're here to talk about it! And more!
Apparently it is EA night here on Three Dads! Pez has spent some time in the war and on the gridiron with Battlefield 6's open beta and Madden 26. Court met with the dev team for NHL 26 and has some insight for the game, plus a new deep dive dropped today. Lastly, Vice has dropped a pretty good article on Gen Z buying less and less games. Does this signal a problem for the gaming industry?
EA has dropped NHL 26's cover athlete, cover, information about the game and a reveal trailer. Two of the biggest puck heads in the business talk about expectations for EA's hockey game. Battlefield 6 is making PC turn on secure boot through their bios, which could potentially cause a lot of problems with less experienced PC savants. Wabba finally played Expedition 33. FINALLY.

Court has a Nintendo Switch 2 in his hands and he spent the weekend playing Mario Kart World. We're going to get his takes on the new console and more importantly, what his daughter thought. It was a massive weekend for "Not E3" with Summer Games Fest, Xbox Showcase, Southeast Asian Games Showcase and more! The Dads talk about what they're excited for. (It's also Pez's birthday)
The Division 2 has released new paid DLC titled "The Battle For Brooklyn". Court has played it, what are his thoughts? Wabba and Pezzy had a dual stream as they tried to court the men and ladies of "Pick Me, Pick Me". Now that they've gotten their hands on the game, what do they think of it? EA is cleaning house and Black Panther's game was chopped. That wasn't the only thing to happen in EA third layoff of the year! And more!
Ubisoft announced that their "biggest productions" will be delayed into 2026 and 2027. Xbox just dropped some retro arcade classics to Gamepass and we're pretty excited about it. Swapmeat is doing their playtest and Pez got his hands all over it.
