Content creation is now a non-negotiable marketing skill that every CEO needs to adapt to. So how do you actually grow your audience without feeling like you're cosplaying an influencer instead of being a business owner? We have to start seeing marketing and content creation as 50% of the business. It's literally the main way that most CEOs are growing their businesses these days. So there are 3 main types of posts that I want to expand on today: Big viral moments (brand awareness and brand reach) Mini viral moments (reaching adjacent communities) Micro-viral moments (deepening current communities) Half the time, when we think of content that is growth oriented, we're trying to hit all three areas. We want it to go mega viral, reach relevant adjacent communities, and deepen our current community all at the same time. This thing is, that's just not how things typically work. So many people are still looking at content on a binary scale. Like, you're either a content creator or a business owner. But backing yourself into a corner where you're only identifying with one archetype actually does have it's cons. Whether you're a creator, an influencer, an online business owner, or a thought leader, their are pros and cons to each approach. What is the archetype that we wanna co-create in order for you to actually work towards growing your audience in 2026? Personally, I've found the "founder archetype" to be a really beneficial framework to create a nice balance. I'm giving you the framework to take all of the pros from the previous archetypes and filter out the cons as a founder. Connect with me: Website Join our email list! It's time to sit down and make a plan for 2026! You might be thinking, "wow, this feels really early?" But truthfully, I think the best way to set yourself up for failure is to wait until the last moment to look ahead. I did this entire process during a travel day filled with delays. I promise, it's not as intense as it sounds! First, I want to reflect on the year you just had. What was your best month? What about your worst? When did you feel like your creative energy was flowing and how was that reflected in your revenue? What were your goals this year? Did you achieve them? After we've taken the time to assess the year that's coming to a close, we can take an honest look at the year ahead. The best method I've found for yearly planning is to start with a big thing and reverse engineer. Set a revenue goal, even if making more money this year is not your main goal. Even if your want to make the exact same amount next year, you should set the goal to repeat the income differently. This way, you're not shutting down your creativitity in proportion to your monetary goals. Here's the thing: we want our goals to be data-driven, not vibe based. You should be able to look back at old campaigns and pinpoint what worked and what didn't. This will literally be reflected in the numbers! You know the money you need to make. You may not know the exact how that will get you there, but that's why we reverse engineeer from that number. Once you have those numbers in place, you can start outlining your campaigns. Here's the thing: this is just an outline! Timelines can change. But having a rough idea will give you the foresight to manage your energy and give yourself the necessary time to plan, energize and execute! Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Instagram stories are my favorite place to re-engage an audience. So today, I'm taking you through the strategies that actually work for me and my clients. Because here's the thing: the average story view rate drops 20% with every tap. So if you want your stories to drive people to your DMs and drive sales, you need to be intentional. Your stories aren't a place to talk at your audience. Instead, you want to chat with them. This looks like using the engagement tools Instagram provides and actually following through in the DMs, even if it's just one person that shows up at first. Beyond simply using the tools, I'm telling you exactly how I like to use them. Because a question box is simply less effective if it's used to push complicated questions your audience doesn't feel like answering! And their are ways to use these tools that actually prompt the algorithm to share your stories with more people. So we'll be covering strategies that will awaken your current audience and get more eyes on your stories in general. Have you ever thought about treating your stories the same way you would a reel? Have you given any thought to pacing and what you can do to mitigate audience fatigue? If not, now is the time. From story sequencing to pacing tips, there are simple ways you can take the guessing game out of stories. And soon enough, you'll actually be building the community you long for. If you're struggling to consistently create content that actually moves your business forward, this episode is for you. We're diving into the real reasons your content process might be stuck and how to finally break through. We explore the most common roadblocks that keep entrepreneurs and creators from showing up online: from overthinking and perfectionism to not having the right systems in place. You'll learn why simply "trying harder" isn't enough, and how mapping out logistics can turn intention into action. I've broken it down into 4 main areas where content creation typically hits a wall: calendar, planning, strategy, and execution. We'll unpack each section with practical advice on how to identify your specific bottleneck and actionable steps to fix it. You'll hear how to move past the mental hurdles that keep you from producing content, and why having a clear, customized workflow is the secret to staying consistent. Plus, we discuss how tools like Sales Studio can streamline your process, from ideation to scheduling, so you can focus on creativity and growth. By the end, you'll have a roadmap for diagnosing your content challenges and a toolkit for overcoming them without excuses. Stop wasting time and finally get your content working for you! In this episode, I'm breaking down the exact method I use to cut my content creation time in half. No more blank slates, no more overthinking, just a system that actually fits your life and your goals. If you're tired of feeling scattered or like you're reinventing the wheel every month, this is your permission slip to do things differently. Let's get honest: most of your content time is being eaten up by indecision and ad hoc ideas. I'll show you how to ditch the chaos and build a content calendar that's not just another template you'll abandon, but a tool you'll actually use because it's built for your energy, your schedule, and your brand. We're talking about making your content categories work for you, so you never have to wonder, "Is this on brand?" again. I'll walk you through my step-by-step process for setting up an evergreen content calendar, choosing a posting cadence that's realistic (not just aspirational), and templatizing a third of your posts so you can stop overcomplicating and start executing. Plus, you'll learn how to make sure your Instagram, emails, podcast, and YouTube are all speaking the same language—hello, marketing harmony. By the end, you'll have a repeatable, sanity-saving system that lets you plan a month of content in 30 minutes flat. No more creative burnout, no more second-guessing, just a clear path to showing up consistently and confidently. In this episode, we're chatting about: Why your content creation feels so hard (and how to make it easy) Building a content calendar that actually fits your life and business The "signature four" content categories that keep you on brand, every time How to templatize your posts so you're never starting from scratch Making all your marketing channels work together, not against each other Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're constantly asking yourself "what do they want me to say?" instead of "what do I want to share?" you might be building a fake community instead of a genuine one. This episode will help you understand the difference and why it matters for your business. Today I'm diving deep into the psychology behind content creation and why so many of us end up people-pleasing our way to an audience that doesn't actually stick around. We're talking about the difference between having spectators who clap and leave versus active participants who buy into your essence and stay through your pivots, mistakes, and boundary-setting. Here's the truth: scared people don't become well-known, and boring people don't get paid. If you're trying to make everyone love you and never want to upset anyone, you'll never stand out or get the visibility you're craving. Your brain literally filters out sameness. It only pays attention to emotion, polarity, and what's different! I'm breaking down why we cater to fake communities (spoiler: it's often about that inner child need for validation and safety), how to spot whether your community is genuine or performative, and what to do if you realize you've been building the wrong kind of following. Plus, I'm sharing the mindset shifts you need to make if you want to attract people who will stick with you for the long haul. If you're tired of spending every Monday scrambling to create content for the week or feeling like you're constantly behind on your marketing, this episode will completely transform how you approach content creation. Today I'm sharing my Marketing Marathon framework, which allows me to create an entire month's worth of content across 6 different platforms in just 3 focused days. Batching content is a way of working smarter, not harder and it doesn't need to be exhausting. I used to do content creation weekly, dedicating every Monday to marketing, and while it worked for a while, I started hitting roadblocks when I wanted to get more creative or when I had travel or time off. Instead of forcing a system that wasn't working, I analyzed what was actually causing the bottlenecks and created a solution that fits my current season of business. The key to this framework is preparation. I never show up to ideate during my Marketing Marathon. I come with content topics already collected throughout the month, a calendar strategy for Instagram, custom templates from my Sales Studio team, and a clear plan for what gets done on which day. This allows me to focus purely on execution, which is why I can record five podcast episodes back-to-back without breaking a sweat. I'm breaking down the exact 3-day structure: Day 1 for video and audio recording (highest energy), Day 2 for Instagram content creation (medium energy), and Day 3 for writing and scheduling (lowest energy). Plus, I'm sharing all the prep work that makes this possible and why separating ideation from creation is absolutely crucial. In today's episode, we're talking about: Why weekly content creation was burning me out The 3-day Marketing Marathon structure The preparation that makes this framework possible Why ideation and execution must be separated How custom templates and delegation through Sales Studio makes the design process seamless and fast Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're exhausted from trying to be everywhere online or frustrated that your content isn't converting despite being on multiple platforms, this episode is for you. And it might be the most important framework you implement this year! Today I'm introducing the Media Mapping Method, which is the evolution of my platform personalities framework that I shared almost 2 years ago. This isn't about working harder or creating more content. It's about working smarter by giving each platform or feature a specific role in moving people toward your conversion goals. The biggest mistake I see is people either burning themselves out trying to be on every platform with the same energy, or just repurposing the same post everywhere and wondering why nothing's working. The truth is, you need to leverage multiple modes and methods, whether that's using different features on one platform or strategically using multiple platforms to initiate different conversations. I'm breaking down the 5 categories of the Media Mapping Method: Credibility, Culture, Connection, Concepts, and Character. Each category serves a different purpose in your marketing ecosystem, attracts different types of audiences, and moves people through your funnel in unique ways. Plus, I'm sharing my exact media map, both my current multi-platform approach and what it looked like when I was only using Instagram. In today's episode, we're talking about: The 5 categories of the Media Mapping Method Why repurposing the same content everywhere is killing your conversions The difference between Character and Connection content My exact media map breakdown How to implement this framework even if you're only using one platform Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're frustrated because your content isn't performing despite having great expertise and valuable insights to share, you can make a few simple swaps to address the issue. The problem isn't your knowledge, it's that you're using outdated content approaches and treating Instagram like it's your email list. Today I'm giving you specific content swaps that will take your posts from basic to scroll-stopping, because here's the truth: you can't just repurpose content across platforms and expect it to work. Every platform has a different purpose and people go there expecting different things. When you try to make your Instagram posts do the job of your emails or podcast episodes, everything suffers. I'm breaking down the exact swaps I use with my media mapping framework to transform generic topics into platform-native content that actually converts. From connection-focused posts that go beyond "here's my morning routine" to credibility content that does more than just share client screenshots, these swaps will help you create content that feels fresh, specific, and engaging. The reality is that many of you think you're bad at content creation, but you're actually just being lazy with your content strategy. You're stuck in a repurposing cycle that's making you work harder, not smarter, because content that doesn't perform means you have to create two to three times more of it to get the same results. In today's episode, we're talking about: Why diary-style posts aren't connecting How to make trend-based content actually valuable The credibility content upgrade Why your framework posts aren't landing The platform-specific approach Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're spending hours creating beautiful content that gets crickets for engagement, the problem isn't your design skills or your expertise. It's probably your content topics! This episode will show you exactly how to fix it. Today I'm breaking down the framework I use to evaluate every single content topic before it goes live. Here's the truth: a great content topic can make mediocre design and copy perform well, but even the most beautiful, expertly crafted content will flop if the topic doesn't land. I spend more time ideating content topics than I do on creative, editing, or scripting, because when you nail the topic, everything else becomes easier. I'm sharing the exact 5 filter system I use to test whether a content topic will actually stop the scroll and convert, or if it's destined to get lost in the noise. From understanding the difference between "specific" and "niche" (they're not the same thing) to making sure your topics showcase your unique expertise without being too broad, this framework will transform how you approach content creation. I'm giving you real examples from my own content, including posts that could have performed better and exactly how I would fix them using this system. Plus, I'm sharing how this process saves me time on caption writing because when your content topic is strong enough, you don't need to rely on heavy captions to carry the message. In today's episode, we're talking about: Why content topics matter more than design or copy The difference between "specific" and "niche" How to make content personal to your expertise without making it hyper niche The attention-grabbing formula that gets people to stop scrolling Why trying to teach a "whole textbook" in one post is killing your engagement Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're still repurposing emails into Instagram posts and wondering why your content isn't converting, this conversation will completely shift how you approach content creation in 2025. Today I'm joined by my friend and client Dielle Charon, founder of For the 23%, for a deep dive into what's actually working in content right now versus what we used to be able to get away with. We're both seeing the same shift: the passive content strategies that worked a year ago simply aren't cutting it anymore, and the creators who are thriving are the ones treating content creation like the full-time job it actually is. Dielle shares her journey from being able to coast on repurposed content to having to completely revamp her approach, including her storytelling framework where you spend 50% of your content just painting the problem before sharing any solution. We're also diving into why studying content creators (not just business coaches) has been game-changing for understanding how people actually consume content on these platforms. From our content creation routines to what's working (and what's definitely not working) in 2025, this conversation covers the mindset shifts, practical strategies, and honest truths about what it takes to create content that actually converts. We're also addressing the content heartbreak that comes with platforms changing and why fighting the algorithm is the least productive thing you can do with your time. You have all the strategies, all the frameworks, and all the tools, but you're still not implementing them. At this point, you know the problem isn't your lack of knowledge. Today I'm switching things up from my usual strategy heavy episodes to tackle the real issue that's keeping you stuck: your mindset around marketing and content creation. After being surrounded by entrepreneurs outside my direct industry, I've realized we're complaining about posting 3 times a week while others are treating content creation like the full-time job it actually is. The truth is, we're headed toward a future where you can't afford to be on just 1 platform anymore, and if you can't manage 2 posts now, you're going to struggle when the standard becomes 6 posts across multiple platforms just to crack six figures. This isn't about adding more to your to-do list, it's about fundamentally shifting how you think about content and marketing in your business. I'm walking you through the exact mindset shifts that have allowed me to expand my marketing platforms and treat content creation like what it actually is: the primary way I make money. From stopping the comparison trap with other niches to understanding why discomfort in content creation is actually data, these shifts will change how you approach your entire marketing strategy. In today's episode, we're talking about: How to reframe every post as a salesperson knocking on 1,000 doors The difference between teaching and selling through content Why comparing your content to other niches is sabotaging your strategy How comfort in content creation is actually preventing your growth The mindset shift from inspiration-based posting to systematic content creation Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're creating content that feels like it's screaming into the void, getting minimal engagement, and not converting to sales, you're probably missing at least 1 of these 4 critical components. Today, I'm breaking down the framework I use to evaluate every single piece of content before it goes live. And it's the same system that separates content that converts from content that flops. Here's the thing: if you're approaching every piece of content thinking it needs to directly convert to a sale, you're setting yourself up for frustration and overwhelm. That's not how social media works, and it's definitely not how you build a sustainable content strategy that actually grows your business. I recently went back through my own content and realized I was making some of these mistakes too. I looked at every post I've stopped to engage with, save, or share, and they all had these 4 elements. When I audited my own feed with this lens, I found only two posts that would have made me stop scrolling, and that explained everything about my reach and engagement. This framework works whether you're creating carousels, reels, or any other format on Instagram. It's designed to move people through your social media funnel to whatever your actual conversion goal is: your email list, podcast, freebie, or YouTube channel. And the best part? Once you nail these four components, your content becomes evergreen and continues working for you long-term. In today's episode, we're talking about: The captivating hook formula How to craft a clear message Creative format strategies Call-to-action variety Why captions aren't what they used to be
Most entrepreneurs make business decisions based solely on sales data. But I've learned that auditing your entire marketing ecosystem gives you a much clearer picture of what's actually working and what needs to change. In today's episode, I'm walking you through the comprehensive marketing audit framework I use to make informed business decisions in my seven-figure creative agency. This isn't about analyzing individual content performance. It's about taking a 360-degree view of your messaging, positioning, funnel, brand perception, and systems to understand why certain offers aren't converting or why you're attracting unqualified leads. I'm sharing how this audit approach helped me realize that people were buying our rebrand service first, then Sales Studio, when I wanted Sales Studio to be the entry point. That insight led me to completely reposition Sales Studio as campaign support that helps people make money, which then funds their rebrand investment. You'll learn the 5 key areas I audit: service and audience alignment messaging and positioning content performance conversion points in your funnel visual branding consistency Plus, I'm breaking down how to use these findings to make strategic decisions about offer direction, platform focus, and whether you need new systems or just need to double down on what's already working. In this episode, we're chatting about: • The 5-part marketing audit framework • How I repositioned Sales Studio • Beyond vanity metrics • How audit findings should inform offer direction, platform focus, and resource allocation Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Over the last year and a half, I completely transformed my social media strategy from sales-first to brand-first marketing. The results have been incredible: increased reach, higher conversion rates, better engagement, and more qualified leads across every metric I track. In today's episode, I'm breaking down exactly how I made this shift and why it's been a game-changer for my seven-figure creative agency. If you're tired of your social media feeling like a constant sales pitch that's not converting, or if you notice your engagement drops every time you launch, this episode is for you. I'm sharing the 5 specific problems I discovered with sales-first marketing. Plus, I'm walking you through my exact framework for transitioning your audience without confusing them or tanking your sales. You'll learn how to retrain both the platform algorithm and your audience to expect something different from you, why storytelling sells better than direct pitches, and how to make your social media feel exclusive while moving conversions to email, podcasts, or other channels where people are actually ready to buy. The best part? Social media gets to feel fun and creative again instead of something you have to do to make money. In this episode, we're chatting about: • The 5 problems with sales-first marketing • Brand-first marketing framework • The transition strategy • Platform exclusivity method Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're creating hyper-specific content focused on direct selling and wondering why your posts aren't performing like they used to, you're probably skipping 2 crucial parts of your social media funnel. In today's episode, I'm breaking down something controversial: not every piece of content is meant to convert immediately! I know that sounds crazy when you're trying to grow your business, but hear me out. With how social media algorithms have evolved, the old strategy of making every post a direct pitch to your offer just isn't working anymore. I'm sharing my A-B-C framework for social funnels that's helped me build my seven-figure design agency. Most entrepreneurs are obsessing over the bottom of the funnel (conversion) while completely ignoring attraction and building content—which is why their audience isn't engaging and their sales calls aren't booking. You'll discover why your content needs to move people from audience member to follower to community member before they're ready to buy, how to create attraction content that's general enough to bring new people in but specific enough to stay relevant to your brand, and why the building phase is where most people confuse connection-building with direct selling. Plus, I'm revealing why I take most of my conversion content off social media entirely and into email sequences, private podcasts, and sales calls where people are actually ready to buy. In this episode, we're chatting about: • The A-B-C social funnel framework • Why direct selling content doesn't perform • The building phase mistake • Moving conversion off social media Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Everyone's jumping on the lo-fi content trend thinking it means they can just post random photos from their camera roll, but they're actually sabotaging their sales without realizing it. In this episode of Brand Your Way to a Million, I'm giving you the full debrief on lo-fi content—that trend where businesses are ditching polished brand shoots for behind-the-scenes, "real life" footage that looks like a business and influencer had a baby. While everyone's talking about how "effortless" this content is, I'm here to tell you that's complete BS. I've been watching entrepreneurs completely misunderstand this trend, thinking lo-fi means lazy, unbranded, or just venting about their personal struggles as a sales tactic. But here's what they're missing: even when influencers look like they "didn't try," they're using high-quality cameras, strategic outfits, and intentional messaging. The Canon G7X didn't sell out because people wanted worse quality. It sold out because people wanted that effortless-but-actually-strategic look. I'm breaking down why lo-fi content still needs to be branded, strategic, and yes—pretty. Because at the end of the day, people aren't just watching you for entertainment like they do with influencers. They're watching because they're considering paying you, and that changes everything about how you should approach this trend. In this episode, we're chatting about: • Why lo-fi content became popular • The three non-negotiables that make Lo-Fi content convert • The founder vs. influencer mistake • The high-low strategy Connect with me: Website Join our email list!
