I’m Emma Louise Bennett — an ICF-accredited Transformative Life Coach and Certified Menopause Coach. I help professional, ambitious women who are struggling with perimenopause symptoms, brain fog, exhaustion, and loss of joy to reclaim clarity, balance hormones, improve gut health, and thrive in midlife.


After 21 years in a demanding leadership role in education, I hit burnout. That turning point — combined with my own midlife reinvention between the UK and Italy — showed me how deeply hormones, gut health, blood sugar, and neuroscience impact everything from sleep and motivation to mood, focus, and confidence.
